I've heard all the gimmicks, heard all the sales pitches and tried everything. I know what's legit and what isn't. Trust me this is Legit. The Kettle bell classes they offer are by far the best investment I have ever made. You will get in fantastic shape. It is a tough, grueling workout that will push you to the max but you will get results. It has helped me tone up and put on muscle unlike anything I have ever done. Beyond that, Joe (the owner and instructor) is one of the nicest, friendliest and most dedicated professionals I have ever dealt with in the fitness world. He really cares about seeing you succeed and always provides valuable coaching and assistance to anyone that asks. He maintains and runs a well-equipped, clean and safe facility Everyone that takes the classes is friendly and supportive. No muscle head jersey shore types who try and put you down here. The sensei did an amazing job…read moreof teaching them not only the basics of the sport, but also (and I would say more importantly) using judo to teach them invaluable life lessons which will stay with them far beyond their immediate experience of the sport. The sensei's tremendous passion for judo was highly infectious, so although judo can be a tough sport, the kids all had fun and seemed to enjoy their experience even with through the challenges. In short, I highly recommend Samurai Judo to anyone interested in learning the sport, staying in great shape, or just finding healthy and fun ways to achieve growth for themselves or for their children :)
