Today I went to see my little sister who is 6 take a class. She loves it! She was singing in the car on the way there "I get to go to karate...". She's got her uniform and was counting in Korean today. The instructors are fun. It teaches discipline and it's great for staying in shape and it's self-defense.

I have never taken any of these classes but the instructors are so knowledgeable, observant, and patient. They made me feel comfortable every time I went to class. I have only been coming here a couple of months and I can already see an improvement in my game and an increase in my confidence. Augie also takes great pride in his establishment and provides the best equipment so we are always protected. Additionally, the other students are welcoming, knowledgeable, and are always willing to help you. Everyone is always looking out for each other and it truly feels that you belong to a family there. I came to a Wednesday 830 pm class, and i loved it. The instructor was quite helpful. I have never done any Muay Thai, and he helped me through each step. I felt like i got a good total body workout, and the time flew by. The parking lot is a little tricky to get to. If you have any problems, just call them and they will direct you where to park. Now i know how to throw some punches and kicks, and i cant wait to go back and get some more training!
