For the most part, Dr. Turner runs on time. There have been a few occasions where I've had to wait over an hour for my appointment. But again, this is not something that happens all the time. The nurses in the office are also all wonderful. They too have very good bedside manners. The doctor and her team of nurses all treat you like you are a human being and not just another number walking through the door. That's very nice to find in today's medical field. I also fully feel as if I can trust Dr. Turner, which is also nice to find in today's medical field!

Extemely unethical in every way. I thought doctors had an oath like that we also advise: I find these actions to be highly unethical and contrary to the fundamental oath of nonmaleficence that guides our practice. I thought it was crooked & a some sort of pill mill. The receptionists were EXTREMELY difficult & incredibly rude! Once even seen one screaming & cussing on the office phone to her husband while children were in the waiting room. Thankfully I haven't seen her since, I assume she was fired. Since they remodeled their office they've been up to par with keeping it professional & I can honestly say I enjoy my visits now. They've went out of their way with new paperwork & care about how your treatment is affecting you. Their counselor is a very sweet man too. The new staff is very friendly & ive built a good relationship with most of them. Back 2 yrs ago I would have said NO WAY to this place but now I gotta say they've stepped up their game! :)
