I saw Jonathan Greenhalgh and he was very pleasant, friendly, and down-to-earth. He told me all of my options and let me decide how to proceed rather than trying to force unwanted services on me. Unfortunately, I do need to go in for additional work, but with the way it was explained to me, I feel much better about having the procedure done. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I didn't need anything. The building is undergoing some exterior renovations right now, but it's still very nice on the inside. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Dr. Matthews and his assistant asked multiple times if I was doing okay. When I got my teeth cleaned a couple of weeks ago my hygienist, Kelly, was amazing. She has been there for 30 years! She was so nice and didn't make me feel stupid for not flossing as much as I should. I'm usually terrified of the hygienists because they talk down to you and make you feel bad because you're not as good at brushing your teeth and flossing as you'd like to be. It wasn't like that at all at this office though. Dr Matthews' office also has other great staff. Carrie is very knowledgable with all the insurance stuff and helps you understand the out-of-pocket cost and helps to maximize your insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Matthews.

Dr. Cam Quayle has certainly helped us navigate and resolve our challenging situation, and he has proven to be one of the best! He is compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and has superb judgment. I have also found Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry to be competitively priced, fair, and honest. My 4-year-old daughter was seeing another dentist when we discovered she had significant dental challenges. In an attempt to resolve this complex problem, we visited with a few medical doctors and a couple pediatric dentists in the area and were strongly encouraged by a few of them to contact Dr. Cam Quayle for his professional opinion. I am aware that Mountain View Pediatrics has a very popular dental practice and was initially concerned I wouldn't be able to receive the care we needed in a timely manner. To my surprise, Dr. Cam was willing to see my daughter the same day I called his office. He spent a considerable amount of time evaluating my child, her past/present dental records, and gave us a thorough written analysis of her dental history and his recommended path forward.   The situation required IV sedation for several hours, and even though Dr. Cam was booked out for several weeks for IV sedation, he worked out a time with the nurse anesthetist to fit my daughter into their busy schedules as soon as possible. I also would like to mention how impressed I was with the nurse anesthetist, Marissa. She has a fantastic bedside manner and is very competent at what she does. They both stayed after hours and made whatever personal sacrifices were needed to make sure my daughter was taken care of in a timely manner. We are so happy with Dr. Cam's work and appreciate his compassion and unparalleled skills as we worked through this challenging problem. My daughter loves Dr. Cam, and surprisingly has no apprehension about going to the dentist.
