The offices were nice, but the poor rating is for the service and attitude of the other employees working there. As I was sitting waiting the woman sitting in front left office yelled to the front desk girl to tell the person calling that she was busy and to call back. When the caller insisted on speaking to her she yelled a few vulgar words about the caller before she picked up. I could clearly hear everything she said. Then it's my turn and you bet she's the closer for my purchase.... She not once apologized for her language or poor professional attitude. Well she only swore twice during my closing and then kept telling me how busy she was like I was interrupting her busy day!! Just super sloppy bad professional people here. I had to listen to another employee read aloud an email he got from his boss telling him about how she fired someone and insisted that he not share the details but he read them all from his office to the other person listening. Everyone was just acting like I wasn't even there. My next property I will request a different title company.

I've called several times, and now they're saying I can't make a payment online anymore and have to talk to financial recovery. When I asked to be connected, suddenly no one was there to talk to. Today I called again, and one person said they can't do 3-way calls. But when my son called from his phone, all of a sudden they could. Then they told us he was already registered--but when I tried "forgot username," it still doesn't work. So now I just sit and wait for financial recovery to call. The whole reason we set up automatic payments in the first place is because life gets busy and I don't always have time to sit down and pay bills manually. Yet here I am, over a week later and several hours on the phone, still trying to make one simple payment. This has been nothing but a headache from start to finish.
