Overcharged without cause for a worn out old car hauler with terrible rachets. I will try another company next time. U haul appears to have poor equipment, and deliberately mis quotes the rental price. Which was nearly 10 percent higher than quoted. Renter beware. read more

I had a guaranteed reservation to rent a Uhaul truck from this business. Since it was for a Sunday, I made arrangements with the lady to come by Saturday morning to make arrangements for the truck keys. It snowed a little on Friday night so the woman decided not to come to work on Saturday. After contacting Uhaul, they advised me of their 24/7 key pickup program, so we did all of the steps to get the access code to the rental key lockbox. The system DID NOT work. After being on hold to Uhaul for an hour and 5 minutes (was told by recording there was a 30 minute wait) I got in touch with a representative of Uhaul. After a short hold time with a scheduling representative, I found out that since the person at Sam's did not come to work, the keys in the return key lock box were still in the box and thus not available thru the 24/7 system. We wasted more than three hours thru this process all the while my hired moving help was sitting on the clock. This ended up being a TOTAL CLUSTER F*&K. Do NOT use this dealer for any of your needs. read more

I rented a 15 foot truck from Sams Stor-All on April 14, 2018. The truck was returned the same day. On April 16, 2018 when I got up at 9 am I checked my phone for messages. At 822 am I had received a call from them. I couldn't understand what the message said so I called the company. They informed me we had left an area rug in the truck and that they had burned it and charged $50.00 for doing so. I do not think they made much of an effort to contact me. We were moving my mother to assisted living and had several people helping. This was a very stressful day and a mistake was made. This was a very expensive rug. I would have given a lower rating if one were offered. read more

If we could rate lower than zero we would! Don't rent your U-Haul through this place or use them for any other services they provide!! Their staff is incompetent at best, if you rent near or around a holiday they don't notify U-Haul corporate of their hours so corporate will send you their thinking their open-their no! So you arrange to return the next morning when they open, your there on time, the staff arrives 20 minutes late. If all that's not bad enough, she then wants to give us a local GMC truck with high mileage and a smaller engine for a long distance trip through the mountains when there are Ford trucks with larger engines and fewer miles on them available on the lot, reason being, they're not checked in and she's not sure how to do it...WHAT?!?!?! My husband tells her to figure it out or get someone there, we're already a day behind because of them and we're not leaving until we get the Ford. After 30 minutes of listening to her complain about how slow her computer was, how horrible her boss was, and how crappie printer was she finally got us the truck we wanted. Now to get the towing trailer and appliance dolly, we'll that took another 35 minutes. We arrived at 7:45 and left at 9:20!!! This place is beyond inept and we don't recommend their services for U-Haul or any other services they may provide. read more
