U-Haul Moving & Storage of Radcliff…read more Drop-off was super easy. Whew! What a journey! We rented in Miami, FL and drove aaalllll the way to Radcliff, KY. We rented a 10' truck since the vans and pickup trucks are for local/in-state use only. Be advised, the 10' truck is the only truck in their fleet that does not come with a ramp. Honestly, I did not expect it to be so expensive - almost $2k. And since we received it will a full tank of gas, we returned it with a full tank. There was no way to select less than 5 days, even though there were two drivers and we did not need 5 day. I guess that is done automatically based on the mileage. The truck itself drove smoothly, surprisingly for a bigger truck. The only issue was the sound of the wind coming through a tiny slit in the windows. We arrived in Kentucky around midday Saturday, off-loaded our cargo, and headed to U-Haul. I did not know what to expect since it was my first time using this U-Haul. However, upon pulling into U-Haul's parking lot, there were arrows with signs directing renters where to go to return equipment. The directions were easy and it took you to a sign that instructed you to wait for an associate. I did not have to wait more than 30 seconds before three U-Haul employees came to me in the truck. One checked the fuel and the mileage and their other requirements, then informed me that I was all good. Since I had already paid and the pick up location. Returning was a breeze.
