Cost involved was told would be $15,000 to replace the system. We contacted Louis Chavez at the recommendation of a coworker of my husband's. Luis came out looked at everything with the system. I had Lucas roofing install gutters on my home and was shocked at the sloppy work. It was only because I refused to pay the balance of my bill that they came and made the proper repairs. The gutter screens are very poor quality and problematic to remove and replace for cleaning. They also don't work very well because they constantly pop off. Four of the seamless gutters had to be removed and reset in order to work properly. Initially they only used one strap per downspout which is inadequate as they were loose and sloppy. The workers also used my ladder and left it on the roof for me to remove. Look somewhere else or you can look forward to aggravation and disappointment.
