Although the owner is very passive and sounds patient his son on the other hand was not enjoyable to talk to! He came out Saturday to diagnose a problem and said he'd be back Monday, well it rained a substantial amount so I understood, it did not rain the next day and he did not show up nor communicated that my home was pushed back, I had to reach out to him. He shows back up Wednesday at 1:00pm when he assured me it would be first thing in the morning and he throws a toddler tantrum because his vehicle doesn't have 4 wheel drive and didn't want to get stuck, which to all I replied to was "Maybe not? My husbands big truck hasn't when he drives on this particular spot. I have been without water for 6 days..." to which he interrupted me rudely and stated HE CANT CONTROL THE WEATHER! I told him I did not appreciate his attitude, He proceeded to walk away and say he was just not going to deal with me to call another company and speed off my driveway. All I was going to ask before he interrupted me was what the alternative was!? Because obviously the ground doesn't dry up as soon as it stops raining!!! Save yourself a headache and just get a company that isn't ran by family, seems like that status gets to their head! read more
