My mom called the salon and asked if they would be able to help with a pixie cut, after reassuring…read morethat they could absolutely do that my mom took my sister, the day before her 13th birthday. After Crystal began cutting her hair only shoulder length, my mom mentioned that my sister wanted it much shorter. Crystal replied with "I doubt your daddy would like that haircut very much." After telling Crystal that's not something she needs to worry about she still continued to refuse to cut her hair any shorter. Until it was time for her bangs, when my mom said "please don't cut those any shorter they're going to dry and she didn't want short bangs," Crystal responded with "just a bit more" and chopped another half inch off of her bangs. When asking about adding a fun color to her hair, my mom was once again met with "what would her father think of that hair" and "we can do one or two foils, but not anymore than that. she's too young for that!" Needless to say the haircut was low quality, and the energy was judgmental and dismissive. HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere if you want to be respected, and your hair to be presentable. My sister is humiliated, refusing to go in public, and home crying on her birthday until we hopefully find someone to salvage it.

I had the stylist Seresa Miller. I requested for my root color to stay the same and for my peekaboo…read moredark to be lifted a tiny bit. After getting home, I realized that my hair was incredibly too light. The stylist left the toner on for over 20 minutes and to my surprise when I got home my hair was STILL yellow and all sorts of warm hues. Do not even get me started on the haircut. I had asked her to even out on just the right side and she ended up taking over an inch of my hair off. The end result of my haircut is only described by one thing, long mullet/wolf cut. Not what I asked for at all. 100% do not recommend Seresa MIller and it is hard to believe she even passed her NYS boards. Her license should be taken off the wall and shredded.
