My massage was fantastic and my husband said he was good too. I received the deep tissue and my husband the Swedish. I liked everything except what felt like being rushed out of the place as it was close to their closing time. Massage and everything was done at 7pm and their posted hours said they closed at 8pm. I would have enjoyed being able to sit and mellow for a bit with a cup of tea. The therapist placed a cup of water at the checkout station out front. They were definitely trying to close up shop and get out of there. For the price paid not a way to encourage return visits.

For awhile I had some significant neck and shoulder pain and she was able to work it out over time. She also has excellent suggestions on improving my daily posture, etc. so I may be making progress in my pain management between my appointments. What she charges is ridiculously low as compared to where I used to live - truly a bargain for the level of skill and care that she commits to for every client.

Amy uses this awesome blue-green wax that does an excellent job and is really easy on the skin. She's pleasant to talk to, fast, and she makes it as painless as possible. It's hard to find a decent wax in rural upstate New York, so it's definitely worth the trip, and she has great prices on her repeat waxes. Don't pass this up.

David is fantastic at what he does. I have years of sports injuries, including a lower spinal…read morefracture, that plague me to this day and David has curated numerous routines to help relieve me of much of the ongoing pain. He always starts every session asking if anything has been particularly bothersome as of late, or if there are any areas I feel need extra attention. When he works on you, you can sense that this is someone who truly knows what they are doing. For me personally, his massages are part tension relaxation and part assisted muscle stretching, which I need desperately. When he massages me, we both gain an understanding of where I carry much of my pain and after he works out much of the rigidity of my more stressed muscles, he is extremely insightful with various stretches to preform to help relieve much of the tension. I can tell you from experience, if you follow his stretching tips, you'll feel the difference! Overall, David is great at what he does and can tailor a massage to your specific needs. As a former athlete, he's really helped all of my old injuries and I'm extremely grateful to be able to work with him.
