The three-way intersection it is near has odd angles, and traffic tends to speed, so I usually avoid stopping here, unless I am on Providence Street, traveling toward downtown W.W., so I don't have to cross opposing traffic. Even if you are pulling out and turning right, you have to be on high alert. Furthermore, the parking lot is WAY too small to support the businesses that are next to this Speedway. It adjoins Westcott House Pizza, which has delivery drivers going in and out, so you must navigate around them. (There is also a barbershop and Chinese restaurant in a separate building, but very close to Speedway, adding to the feeling that you are negotiating an asteroid field in this parking lot.) Finding an open gas pump that's on the right side for your vehicle is a challenge; I had to wait behind another car this Saturday to get gas. And, the curb cuts are in awkward locations. The inside has so-so drink selections, and few food options. On today's visit, the rollers were not turning on the heater keeping the few burritos warm, so I would definitely opt out of those. Usually there is only one employee on duty, whereas other locations have two or three workers. My biggest beefs with Speedway is that most (including this one) have no public bathrooms, and their aggressive pushing of their Speedy Rewards card. My wallet is full enough of cards already, thank you.

There are four pumps and an amply-sized parking lot, and it's in a location that is convenient, yet not too difficult to enter and exit. Gas prices were middle-of-the-road. Inside, the store is small, but does not feel cramped, and it appeared to be reasonably neat, clean and well-stocked. It has a decent variety of drinks, snacks and basic grocery items. The amount of space devoted to smoke shop items - which include cigars, glass pipes, bongs, vaping supplies, etc. - is impressive, and the displays are brightly lit with LED rope lights. Shelves of gum and similar items under the front of the checkout counter are also brightly lit with LED rope lights, giving the store a bright, cheerful atmosphere. And the man behind the register was equally cheerful. They get bonus points for carrying my favorite Arizona drink.

When leaving here, I needed to take a left on GAR Highway (Rte. 6), but didn't want to cross four lanes of traffic (two lanes in each direction), so I took a right out of the parking lot, then turned left into another business farther down the road, so I could essentially make a safe U-turn. If it seems exhausting reading this, it's a pain doing it in actuality. It basically negates the whole concept of a convenience store. This location features 12 fuel pumps, two upscale bathrooms and a Dunkin' Donuts inside the store. Since the store is in Massachusetts, they sell beer and wine. The store was clean, but they were a bit stingy on the A/C. Cashier was polite. The parking lot seems undersized for the amount of gas pumps; worse yet, some of the parking spaces in front of the store are right over access covers to the underground gas tanks. Basically, it's a decent store, but only convenient if you're passing it on the right.

There are a good number of gas pumps, plus they sell ice and have a propane tank exchange. The store itself, however, is tiny. There is no bathroom, which cost them a star. And, the register is located near the front door, so if there are as few as even two people in line, it's awkward going in and out of the store, as you have to literally dodge people. It's not unusual for one of the narrow merchandise aisles (usually the first aisle) to be filled with a line of people waiting to check out. Although the store is tiny, somehow it manages to cram in a few display cases of vaping juice and accessories. Gas prices are okay, but one of the main reasons I frequent this store is that they have good prices on Garelick Farms milk ($2.99, versus about $4.50 at a supermarket). But, they are sometimes out of the 1 percent variety (grrrr!), and then I have to settle for a half-gallon. Cashiers who work there are okay, although not the most energetic, upbeat people. And, on more than a few occasions, I've seen some sketchy customers that appear to be under the influence (thankfully, they walked to the store) or otherwise 'out there' in some way. Besides being convenient, this business is in a beautiful location, right next to the Pawtuxet River and a man-made waterfall, and the former Anthony Mill, which is now a large apartment complex. The smoke stack of the former mill still proudly stands above the landscape. There is also a small parking lot for the bike path nearby.

It's great that if you have a Cumberland Farms card, you always receive ten cents off the price for each gallon of gas you buy. The air pump station is always working. The inside of the store is always well-stocked, clean, and orderly. The people at the cash register are very pleasant. There are two entrances/exits for this location. One is on Charles Street, and one is on Mineral Spring Avenue. Entering/exiting the location is easy. Really excellent place.

Aside from that, it seemed to have a large variety or ready to go items and coffee. I don't buy gas here because they're more expensive than top-tier brands like Shell, which doesn't make any sense. They store however is clean, employees were courteous, and they have food, snacks, coffee, sundries, gas, propane tanks, air etc.

I stopped here Monday afternoon because my work truck was nearly out of diesel fuel, and this place is right off I-295. With its huge parking lot and impressive number of Gulf-branded gasoline pumps (I counted a whopping 16), this place would fit in well in Texas. They also have four diesel pumps, two of which are high-speed pumps for filling trucks more quickly. Inside, the store is equally large, with a Honey Dew Donuts occupying the left side of the store. In addition to a drive-up, the Honey Dew has an indoor counter, as well as some tables for those customers who want to stay-and-sip. There is plenty of room between aisles of merchandise, and the store appeared to be well-stocked with good variety of drinks, snacks and convenience foods. And, it does have a bathroom (which is a requirement to earn a 4-star rating from me), although it is located in the right-front counter of the store, which was a bit counter-intuitive. It's not as fancy as Seasons Corner Market convenience stores (the white floor tiles at Circle K were boring and showed dirt easily), but it covered all the bases. The cashier at Circle K was clean-shaven, polite, and soft-spoken - quite the opposite of the large, rather rowdy group of blue-collar guys seated around a long table at Honey Dew.
