Sam's was disappointing it lacks variety, the produce department, I have found it difficult to locate items that are not molded. There are frequently unattended boxes left in the aisles, and the current variety and quality of bird food is limited to 1. When I asked the staff around they replied "what's out there, that's it" Went to the cafe area but appears neglected and understaffed. The facility would benefit from increased staffing to ensure that tables are cleaned and that napkins and utensils remain properly stocked. read more

We were members at Costco but decided to try SAMS since this one is much closer to us than driving to the Greenville Costco. My husband always wants a hotdog when we shop here so usually we both get a combo and 'people watch' for a few minutes while we eat a hotdog. About 1/2 the time, this SAMS Cafe, will NOT have onions for their hotdogs. I don't understand this. There are CRATES & CRATES OF ONIONS, of one kind or another, in the produce section. Why do they not keep them in the cafe for the hotdogs? This isn't at night at closing time nor is it five minutes after opening. This is somewhere between 11am - 2pm when we go so why, so often, do they not have any onions? Yeah, yeah, I know...for that price what do I expect. But for hotdogs??? For hotdogs ... Will not be shopping at the Easley Sam's club again! One of the seniors who walks around the checkout lines talked my wife in to signing up for a Sam's credit card and signed her up on the spot and had her pay for her purchases using the new account. My wife doesn't have a job!! They told her they would use MY income and approved a $7,000 credit line in MY name!!!! This will negatively affect my credit score!! I am closing the account today! Sam's Club in Easley, it was about TIME!! I don't have to go out on always CROWDED Woodruff Rd. In Greenville. They have the same things at this Sam's as other stores. It was a much needed addition to this area, and I'm sure it helps other people not to have to drive to Anderson or Greenville when they need to shop in bulk. I shop here more than I should, but I say that only because, I'm always getting something I don't need!! They don't seem to have as many taste samplers as the one in Greenville, but that's ok I'm still happy that we have a Sam's in Easley. read more

The Place Sam's Club located at 309 Rolling Hills Cir,Easley, SC. It is a nice reprieve from driving to the Sam's Club on Woodruff Rd in Greenville, SC. They are set up like many of the smaller Sam's Clubs. The inventory is slightly smaller then many clubs and they offer beer and wine but no hard liquor. The big caveat is the have a gas station with reasonable prices. The Experience/Value/Service Sam's Club is trying to improve their service. I have had very good experiences there and a few lack luster performances. The manager sets the tone for the store. I believe they want to do the right things. The store is clean and the organization is improving. Sam's presents name brands as well as their Members Mark brand. I find them more competitive then Costco on many items. Managment is just poor, especially Kim in tire & battery. She is rude to all of her customers and does not know how to speak to employees. I always see her sitting around eating instead of helping her workers. Sams club also illegally fired an employee while he was on a medical (injury) leave and that is taking on other actions as we speak. Tire and battery is also about to be in very critical condition due to each employee looking or waiting for other job responses. I also have found hair in my food and under cooked food which you can only imagine how a pregnant women like me handled that situation, witnessed mice run through isles. I made an online "app" order for delivery because I had plans for my entire day off. This is not something I normally do but it really would've helped me this particular day. I made my way back home to be able to accept my delivery. The driver pulled up and I assisted him removing my items, VERY nice young man and my complaint does not lay with him. I noticed I was missing several items as I was putting them away, about $75 worth. I called my local Sam's and IMMEDIATELY understood that the young lady I was speaking was miserable that she even had to be at work. I explained the situation and her first reply was "Sooo are you going to come down here and pick it up oorrrrr? I was kind of speechless and she responded "are you there", I said yes and "I have just paid a delivery fee to have these delivered because I didn't have time to shop in person and NOW I have to come down there and pick up my order anyway?" She replied "or we can just give you your money back, up to you" she began to say something else and I said never mind and thanked her and hung up. I drove 20 minutes to Sam's and low and behold the first person I speak to is the woman from the phone call. She rolled her eyes and said "you hung up on me", I assume not knowing that this was as "nice" as I was going to be during that phone call. She directed me to another young lady which questioned me and ran around trying figure out how she can prove that I'm lying about not getting my order. She would pop back up every now and then with a question like "did you happen to take a picture of your groceries before taking them inside?" I am not usually in the habit of photographing my groceries so I replied, "no ma'am I didn't". After almost an hour of me standing there and they had exhausted every attempt at trying to prove that I'm a total piece of trash and I had stolen what I had already paid for, a young man walked up to me which I had not seen before, and directed me to the customer service counter where I was to see a lady that had my order. I walked over there and this lady hardly spoke a word, just completely pissed off because she genuinely believed I was there to get free stuff. She finally scanned my items and said "sorry bout that" and turned and walked away. Not a smile, or a single concern for how much of a waste of time this was for me. These people GENUINELY felt like I had received my order and was there to steal extra items. WORST experience I have had in a very long time. I'm not sure where the issue began or what actually happened to my order but I don't really care because it's not my issue to deal with, but I was forced to absorb every ounce of that problem and it won't happened again for me. Sadly once again I am unhappy with the customer service in this store. Purchased a shredder yesterday, and when we opened the box there was a large crack in the front panel where the controls are located. I called the store and after many rings got an answer. I explained about the crack and got silence. I asked if I could bring it back the next day and was told "if you want." This morning we took it just as the store opened. 2 clerks were at Customer Service. After several minutes one looked up and said I will be with you on a moment. They were doing something with shelf labels, perhaps entering prices.After several more minutes she asked how she could help. From there on everything went fine. You're lucky if they pick up and even luckier if they don't have an attitude. Just read another review with the SAME ISSUE! Went to Easley Sam's specifically for Passport Photo, since our local Sams (Anderson) does not have photo dept. Arrived at 2:10. At 2:25 the very nice greeter called for someone to come to the dept. At 2:35 she called again. Another associate came, and told us ONLY ONE PERSON in the store knows how to use the equipment. OMG! It gets worse! That one and only person was out on a one hour lunch break! Love Sams, but REALLY? One person trained? How about you spring for a PAID lunch ($9-$10?) and have them stay in the store. The Tire Technician, Darius, was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to our daughter. She had a flat tire in the parking lot and they were short on staff. However, he understood her situation and repaired her flat. She is a college student and we are 5 hours away. He understood our sense of urgency and repaired it, NOT sending her out on the highway back to school with a fast leaking tire in which she could have been stranded on the road. (her)oh, I put that in for the pizza case... that's for everybody to choose from (by the way, there were about 10 people in line behind me)... at this point I'm about to lose it, but I have kids & hubby to feed, some odds and ends to pick up, and less than an hour to do it... sooooooooo #3 - (me) ok..... I'll take 6 cheese pizza combos... (her - looks in the case) I'll have to see if there's any cheese... I went to Sam's Club to get my tires balanced and rotated on Saturday, 5/12/18. I was going to leave it, however, they have a special event going on selling tires at $140 off regular price so they can't service current customers who bought tires. Not today nor tomorrow. Only those people buying tires for this special event. This is the last time I am buying tires at Sam's Club. They have not provided good service since I bought the tires less than a year ago. They had a malfunctioning tire balancing machine. I took my car back 3-4 times because something was wrong and they told me there was nothing wrong. Finally, they told me they discovered the machine was not balancing the tires correctly. This was probably a month after the first time I took it in for them to be balanced and rotated. I had my husband take his truck in also since he'd had his tires balanced about the same time. They didn't have the courtesy to let customers know who had brought their vehicles in to have tires balanced and rotated that there was a problem? Horrible service in the tire department. read more

Sams Club tire center ruined the set of wheels on my $40k Cadillac. The manager Philip Wold referred me to Sams' insurance agent to do a claim and get restitution for the damage. The insurance agent Blake was rude and refused to pay for the damages even though I spent over an hour sending Blake the pictures. Came to the store on Saturday, week before Memorial Day to buy a new grill. Took a picture of the grill and the sticker stuck to the top to the front of it - with my groceries to (hopefully) check out. (There were no price checkout pockets for large items like they usually have.) I showed it to the cashier as soon as we got to the stand. She called someone else over, asked them the same thing - they went to another person, who called a fourth person to either get the grill, or tell us how to get it delivered to our home all assembled. NO ONE knew the answer or who to call to get the answer. They were all helping the next person behind me unload her groceries - but I was still waiting my turn! What the heck?? They carried one in stock hidden just so they could say online that they had them in stock. It didn't even have its own area. It was sideways between two displays. Customer service is horrible. Employees are not knowledgeable about merchandise or locations. I ask to see jewelry in the case. A clerk came-wrong key! She went back to hunt another one--wrong key again! She left and sent another clerk who did have the correct key. Purchased a $1000.00 necklace and they did not have a box to put it in!!! Really!!! Two weeks later I purchased a$800.00 camera for a gift. I had to go up front after paying for it so they could get it out of the cages. My husband said that wasn't the camera he wanted. I took it back the next day. Still in box. Still sealed. The clerk scanned my receipt and told me that I did not bring back the correct camera!!! The only one I had!!! After about 30 minutes it was decided that the stock boy had given me the wrong camera!!!! At that point I just asked for a refund!!! Another trip I was looking for the baby laundry detergent Dreft. I couldn't find it so a clerk walking around told me the area of the store to find it. No luck! I ask another clerk and she told me another location. It wasn't there either! After the third clerk I located it. None of them offered to walk with me and show me. They just pointed in the general area!!
