So I've been a Costco girl for years and I wanted to give Sam's club a try. Plus it's more convenient for me and closer. This store definitely has way more to offer and selection. Unfortunately I Believe I came at the wrong time because this couple six baskets filled to the room one had food was mostly food so I figured you were a restaurant or a nonprofit. Thought I would say last time because it was just bags of chips and clothing. 45 mins later and every cashier still full I finally got my turn. I got my bill I was shocked at how high it was because I am a math person and in my head this was too high. I looked at my receipt and I was charged $58 for on box of mangoes. So now to join another line ‍‍‍. Customer service was very nice and I think the cashier was having a bad day. Don't get me started on the lines for gas but I will go back. I am rating the Cafe in this review as I am not a Sam's Club member anymore. They have great prices as you can get an all beef hotdog and a drink for $1.50 or a big pizza slice and a drink for $2.50. The problem is they are always out of condiments for the hotdogs such as relish and onions. They also stopped selling the Supreme pizza slices so now they just have meat lovers, pepperoni, or cheese. read more

Ordered at set of tires and had them installed on 3/22/26. The service was amazing! Ms. Peggy, took my keys and told me she would call me as soon as the service was completed. This was the first time in years that I have been in a Sam's Club. We got a free membership from our bank and thought ok, let's go! I was impressed with all of the active responses to the current CoVid19 situation. The store only allowed 300 patrons in at a time. There was a greeter at the front on a radio that tracked that. The majority of the employees had on masks. There were extra sanitation stations and sinks around the store. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Sam's Club is a journey of "Do I really need 3 pounds of baked beans at such a great price?" Being a family of 2, we were selective on what we bought but prices were fair and for the most part better than the grocery store. Now to go and use up the 2 pounds of cheese we bought! read more

After shopping at this Sams' Club for 8 years now, I have come to the conclusion that customers do not come first at this club. I waited in line at the service desk for over 10 minutes waiting for a representative of the Electronic's Department to assist me. Nobody came. Deli is ALWAYS out of food. Last week No pizzas. No pizza pretzel No yogurt. They NEVER have the pizza pretzel, i had it twice in the past year. Every visit since then they were out. I mostly come Sam's Club to refuel. My girlfriend says it makes it worth the price of Sam's Club membership and I agree. The gas price here are fairly cheap and I like that there is consistent patronage, which ensures that the turnover of product is frequent- the gasoline fresh. Another BIG plus is that the Sam's Club Gas station is always manned during its hours of being open, which ensures that there is no tampering with the credit card readers, leading to the theft of customer information. read more

Awful customer service! I called about a membership charge that was canceled months ago and everyone I came into contact with over the phone was so rude and didn't even let me get a full sentence out. The membership staff stated they couldn't help me over the phone that I would have to drive an hour out of my way to come situate it, but the live chat gentleman, which was quick to respond and so helpful, got my refund and even said they can do refunds over the phone. Unfortunately this is the only Sam's Club in the city at the moment. This is definitely your run-of-the-mill washed out Sam's Club. Granted it does give you all the offers and discounts that a membership provides but the service and atmosphere has definitely gone down at this Sam's over the years. I have been in and out of the city for the last 15 years and I feel that it was much better at the beginning. The employees are just there for check, as I get that many are, but the experience is much better at other locations within this franchise. The best service I get is at the automotive department as they know what they are talking about and have provided me services on time and even when things looked sour they made it sweet again. The photo department is also another highlight of this store and might be the best service that you get overall. Even the samples that you look forward to on the weekend are not as Savory and as upbeat as of the franchise locations. Just get in and out here and pass along the savings to your family. That's about as much as you can look forward to hear. Ample parking though, I will give them that. read more

I would like to say I was helped! I started the call at 3:40, after going through the automated selection for the second time or so, it automatically forward me to the service desk. I asked if anyone was working in the tire department to which they confirmed yes. They then forwarded me back to which I waited for 14 minutes for an answer. I was on my way home so I had time to wait! For a total of 16 almost 17 minutes is ridiculous. I am not renewing my membership once it runs out and I guess will not be buying tires either. I would be more understanding if they had answered the phone and said we are super busy, call back later. Never once got anyone. I hope anyone in the future has a better experience, however Sam's has lost my business. read more

They always talk me through specials that are going on, recommendations, and have been so kind to me whenever I've had a flat or similar issue. Very often they are noticeably swamped with a line of customers on top of endless calls, but they never treat me any differently. I had Bussiness Membership through my in -laws. When my in-laws decided to cancel the membership last year but Sams club still charged me on my debit card for membership year later. And tried to explain that to customer service was nightmare and supervisor was not helpful at all. Very hateful attitude!!! All they had to do was make sure my business membership was cancelled and give me refund. They told me this business membership was attached to credit card but I didn't own credit card through them either. I think they just don't want to help long time membership customer when we spend thousand dollar each year. They need new management. Or Train them with better with customer service skills read more

Used to always be open early with a business membership. Lost card, got here early to renew it. "Greeter" at door was extremely rude for someone who just wanted to go to the service desk(right behind her) and get a new card and grab a pack of bacon for a party... finally, she allowed me to pass to the line at the service desk.... Stood in line for 30 minutes and it never moved. I've always liked sams, and I understand being busy or whatever- but they should've moved this person with all the problems to another desk and continued to help the increasing line behind the them. People in front of me stated they had been there 15 minutes before I got there. People coming and "helping" but didn't do anything about the huge line- just walked away. Please note: I haven't ever been to a Costco to compare the two, this is just my experience at Sam's Club. I really like Sam's. You can get a lot of great foods in bulk at a fair price. Some reviewers say the food quality or price is no better than Walmart, but I have to respectfully disagree. A lot of times produce and meat is a lot fresher, with a far larger variety to choose from, for a lower price than Walmart comparatively. I will admit that lines are long, and it's understaffed (come on, they're owned by Walmart, what do you expect?) I like the atmosphere in here as well, as strange as that sounds. It feels all industrial haha. Also, be sure to check out their hot, fresh pretzels. YUM they are good. read more

It's worth the drive here. They have great products at a value price. It's usually good quality products also. I like this location, however wish there was another location in town. The value is awesome and you can find good deals. My household is only 2 people so I wasn't sure if I truly wanted to buy in bulk, but it hasn't failed me. Plus I enjoy not running out of things in the house like laundry soap, toilet paper, that kind of thing. They have so many different item's and recently they've added sushi made fresh and well you can get a decent amount for under 15$ which is cheaper than going out for sushi. The produce is always good, and I love their blackberries. They are so tasty, they don't last a day before we eat it all! It's fun just to walk around and get exercise roaming around. read more

A Sam's Club experience is slightly better than a Wal-Mart experience. I mean you at least have to pay to get in since there is a membership fee. There are not too many other places even semi-near me where I can get things in year sized quantities. I also think Sam's carries better than average meat and desserts. You still need to price check things, just because there is a thousand and you are going to have to will them to your kids doesn't mean it is a bargain. Overall if I am having a party or want a lot of something I end up here. For things like disposable cups and plates their prices beat any other place hands down. read more

Tire and battery services center is severely understaffed, unreliable and overall useless. They only staff two to three guys a shift, so expect 4 to 5 hours service time. Do not try to call them, if they answer, they will immediately hang up or leave you on hold forever. If you would like to schedule an appointment give yourself 2 weeks leadtime. If you need emergency service, or road hazard warranty replacement, don't bother. Remember after you've paid for your membership and your tires you're at the same cost as the Goodyear store down the road, but with a lot slower service and less knowledgeable staff. I went in on Saturday and they need people who wanna work . customer service is awful even the manager is horrible . The woman at the door checking your membership card was flat out rude. I was their in the morning when they had just opened. I don't want to imagine how she talks to customers at the end of the day.
