I am very very careful with glass water pipes... Previous water pipes I've bought (from another…read moreshop) lasted a year or 2. I was worried about the quality of the next water pipe I was getting and asked tons of questions (from quick stop) I decided instead of getting a $60 water pipe like I did in the past, I would get a more expensive one that was sturdy and had better quality. I spent $120- 130 on a glass pipe. The 2nd day of getting it, the bowl piece broke with nothing that damamged it. It literally broke in my hand..... and then, After a month or two of using, the glass cracked when I was washing it (with room temperature water because I know very hot water could cause the glass to break.) I've never dropped or done anything to harm the glass... ever. I always am super careful with glass because I don't have a lot of money. So then, I wanted to get a new one. Since the worker was nice, I thought I mustve done something wrong. So I bought a new piece. After a month or 2 of getting it the bowl piece literally broke in my hand again..... I told the clerk that both glass pieces - the bowl to the first water pipe I got, then the bong broke itself... completely split in half. and now the glass bowl piece broke with no possible explanation. I did NOTHING to break it. while buying, I kept asking about the glass quality and he assured me that it was good glass. When I brought the 3rd broken water pipes/ bowl, he offered a slight discount. Terrible quality.... Bad service. The store owner was very nice but the products weren't good like he said they were... I'd recommend Luckys, a smoke shop on main street in East Islip. The pieces I got there lasted a year or 2 and the only time something broke, they automatically gave me a new one.
