Booked an appointment online through their booking app at around 10am the same morning for an appointment at 3pm that afternoon. Arrived at the shop to find the door locked and one barber inside. Was then informed that the barber I booked with was not going to be coming in and that there were no more available barbers for the day. Was told I'd have to come back another day. I understand it's a holiday (1/1/2024) but if you're not coming in for appointments that people are booking at least let them know ahead of time. I read reviews for this place prior to scheduling an appointment and this seems to be a common theme for the business. Will not be returning. read more

The first haircut I got here was the best haircut ever. My second visit I saw different barber. Worst haircut I ever had. I didn't notice it till I came home and combed my hair. I had to do some self trimming in the mirror to fix it. The guy cutting my hair didn't want to put much effort into his job. read more

I accidentally scheduled 3 different appointements with them online. I scheduled initially for Wednesday but then realized that my day off from work had changed to being Tuesday instead of Wednesday. Then, something came up so we were actually going to be out of town that day so I scheduled again for Thursday. I called to cancel the other appointements and was greeted by an extremely rude barber. Apparently in addition to this I had somehow scheduled for the following week rather than the current. I have no idea how that happened, online it said I was scheduling for the current week. The person who answered the phone seemed immediately frustrated with me for scheduling multiple appointements. He was talking down to me like I was an idiot for doing so and then he actually hung up on me before I could schedule for the correct day! 0/10 customer service. They have lost I and my family's business for life. I have worked in customer service and I don't care how bad my day is I would never treat people this way! read more
