I ordered some chairs and they had been in the box for a coupe months as once I looked at the oriental rug I was just torn to put the chairs on them. I was introduced to Impact Cleaning and talk about I am glad that I was. My son came home this weekend and was like Whoa, he saw the new chairs and said and you bought a new rug too. That's the eye opener that Impact Cleaning did. I recommend them to the Northside and the Lafayette Community in general. Call Impact Cleaning and let your living room be an eye opening experience. A week ago I had a few shingles that had weirdly broke off at the bottom. Probably from some strong winds. He drove almost 3 straight hours to my house after I called him , to see what I was talking about. And he went straight to changing them out , which im thankful for. A week later we get all this nasty wind and rain from tropical storm Arthur, mind you the cone was way to the west of us, but bright side my roof stayed solid. No damage , I would recommend them to anyone.

Rudy is awesome! He came out quickly to inspect the hail damage, providing an honest and thorough assessment. His crew did an amazing job replacing my entire roof! I was also amazed by the cleanup! This company came and installed horrible wood-looking concrete floors and then refused to fix them…read moreappropriately. They put an overlay for a smooth surface, which I paid extra for, but then left it with trowel marks and globs of overlay. Instead of fixing it. They just stained over it and sealed it. Today they came back to "fix" it and the water stained looking marks on my floor. They did not fix either. They did not strip the sealant but just brushed more stain in a few areas and resealed it. It still looks like crap. They left without even a comment. This is an UNPROFESSIONAL company. I will need to have a real professional come fix this mess. I am not going to accept this and will take legal action. Do not waste your money!

Ali has been in business a long time and he builds a good 20 to 25 homes a year…read more The price range I've seen is in the low 200s to probably about 600k which is a pretty popular price point for a wide range of consumers. Overall Ali and his team do a good job but he does tend to have overly optimistic time frames and our 4 months timeframe was many months longer than that. Some was weather but some was hiring crews of 1 or 2 instead of full crews who can knock out stuff in 4 days instead of 4 weeks. (Interior trim was 1 guy for a month) Ali is great at building homes and knows how to get them done but he also needs to remember that on custom homes he's being hired to build a custom home they want and not the home he is going to build and give to them. It's a fine line but there is a definite distinction. Overall we're pleased with our home and we'll see how the warranty "touch ups" go after the first year. Enjoy!
