Ali has been in business a long time and he builds a good 20 to 25 homes a year. The price range I've seen is in the low 200s to probably about 600k which is a pretty popular price point for a wide range of consumers. Overall Ali and his team do a good job but he does tend to have overly optimistic time frames and our 4 months timeframe was many months longer than that. Some was weather but some was hiring crews of 1 or 2 instead of full crews who can knock out stuff in 4 days instead of 4 weeks. (Interior trim was 1 guy for a month) Ali is great at building homes and knows how to get them done but he also needs to remember that on custom homes he's being hired to build a custom home they want and not the home he is going to build and give to them. It's a fine line but there is a definite distinction. Overall we're pleased with our home and we'll see how the warranty "touch ups" go after the first year. Enjoy! read more

Very unprofessional and would send invoices for things not even installed on the house. When these things were questioned he said he was "releasing" us from our contract. This meant we lost our $11,000 deposit along with having to find/build another home. At this point we had already sold our home and are currently living in an apartment with our two young children. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also, he hires the cheapest subcontractors he can possibly find that don't always perform the best work but will upcharge the labor at your expense. read more
