But what I like best about this restaurant are the slabs of meat you can order and grill on the in-table charcoal grill. Tips: 1. For first-timers, order the Bibimbap and pork belly. When I went to BF Homes in Paranaque City to go to my friend's house, she decided to bring me to this restaurant called Sam Won. Apparently, Sam Won is one of the most popular Korean restaurants here in Manila. I wasn't really thrilled because I am not a huge fan of Korean cuisine, but I enjoyed the way they presented our food. For each table, there's a circular smoking grill in the middle which is used to cook raw meat. There were also bowls of Korean ingredients near the grill to add to your dish. I didn't know what to do because it was my first time there, but the personnel were more than happy to assist me. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

One was mostly bone, one was mostly fat, and the last one had some actual meat. Not worth the price for me. Korean BBQ Beef (I think it was Beef Belly) This was probably the best thing we ordered. It was grilled, tender, and had good flavor. If I ever come back, this is the only thing I'd really want again. Japchae (Glass Noodles) Too much red pepper. That's all I can say. It overpowered everything else. Would I come back? Maybe if I had no other choice and needed something Korean.
