His investment in getting paid became a huge issue in my treatment. He ended therapy when I was robbed of my life savings. He was also unable to make the agreement with me that we never discuss the financial aspect of treatment. He stated this is part of private practice. I disagreed. I was willing to stay current on my bills as I always had and to talk with billing as needed. Another family member had issues with her therapist being overly invested in the payments.

One of the many things I appreciate about this business is they have a LOT of counselors to choose from and they work in tandem with their psychiatrists for the best possible treatment options if needed. They have a lot of locations which obviously is helpful and evening hours. I would highly recommend psychbc to anyone looking for counseling for any reason.

My boyfriend called 2 weeks ago inquiring about becoming a patient after his previous doctor retired. He was told someone would get back to him. That never happened. To leave someone twisting in the wind like that is completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Take the 3.2 seconds and pick up the phone and tell him you're no longer accepting new patients if that's the case so he can make other arrangements. Very unprofessional way to run a medical office.

The building is closed, and they have a number you can text. They said threw text they moved and they are waiting on the Supervisor Deborah Koricke to sign off to send it to me. I call about a week later and no answer, I text message again and they say all you can do is keep emailing her and hopefully she will get it done. They give me her email and I message. Now its Dec 3 and nothing. I talked to my doctor because he was asking about it again and he advised me to file a report with the Board of Psychology and to seek legal counsel. Please think twice before using this place. The original person I seen Rachel Fuller seems nice, but the Management is the worst I have ever delt with and I have bad anxiety and it's just making it worse.

This place was the first to agree to accept an appointment within the same week, and from the service I experienced, now I understand why they aren't seeing a lot of business. The receptionist I spoke with was very cordial; she took my insurance info, told me she wasn't able to match me with a doctor of the preferred sex on short notice (which was understandable), and said I'd be meeting with "Ed." The day before my appointment I got a call saying, oops, they don't accept my insurance after all. I felt pressured the cancel the appointment. When I told them I'd be keeping it after all because there was no way I could find someone else less than a week before I went abroad, they sounded incredulous. On the day of my appointment I showed up 15 minutes early. I waited more than half an hour to be checked in. When they finally called me up front, they asked what day I'd like to schedule my psychiatrist appointment. Perplexed, I said that was what I was there to do that day -- see Dr. Ed. They explained Ed isn't a doctor; he's an intake specialist, and that the doctor would not be willing to see me without an orientation with Ed first. Would've been nice to know before I committed to an appointment, took off work to come, and waited for half an hour. If I saw the intake specialist that day, I could come back in for a real appointment next week sometime. This would, of course, cost me twice as much (off of insurance) since it was two separate sessions. When I asked them reasonably to be flexible being that 1) I was never informed of any of this and 2) was leaving the country that week, the receptionist (a different one) became highly defensive and claimed whoever made the appointment would have properly informed me of their process. When I respectfully disagreed, she accused me of being deaf. I asked to see an office supervisor and she shut the window in my face. I left unsure of whether the preliminary appointment was still on. My experience can't be an anomaly; they seem to have the process of strong-arming new patients into attending multiple appointments fine-tuned. I cant speak to the quality of their doctors because I was never actually allowed to see one. This place is a racket and is staffed by the rudest people. Would not recommend wasting your time at an office where the people working there seem to need help more than the patients.

I called and told them that my new insurance needed the offices approval before they would apply it to my prescription. I contacted my new insurance company and asked what the hold up was and was informed they sent the approval papers over to my doctor but he never signed and returned them. I called the office of my doctor and complained due to having to wait 2 weeks for this office to communicate with my insurance company. 2. During this pandemic we did virtual appointments. The doctor face-times me and we have our appointment. When my appointment day came I received no call from the doctors office. After this and the insurance incident I decided to not reschedule and no longer be their patient. Now I am receiving a bill in the mail for a missed doctors visit again without my insurance being applied!!! I have a $15 co-pay and the bill is for $190!!!! This office has me fuming and I in no way shape or form can recommend to anyone with mental health issues. They will only intensify your frustrations and stress levels while dealing with them. For your own mental health go to a different doctors office.

I can't speak their praises highly enough! Other than that, my experience with Greenbrook has been rocky. I would not recommend Greenbrook if receiving treatments regularly is important to you. There are very frequent issues with getting the meds through the pharmacies they use and I have had many issues with Ebony, the case manager. If you don't have a family member willing to spend hours on the phone every month to help ebony keep on top of things, I wouldn't recommend. At times they have forgotten to bill for months at a time and their intake method of using iPads in the waiting area isnt private. I would recommend finding another clinic.
