Was a patient of Yassin Ghanem. The damage his negligent prescribing and constant gaslighting did to my life would cost upwards of $100,000 to repair... not including the trauma of the experience. Unsure how he expected that to improve my mental health. I suspect he did not care. I absolutely dread calling this place first of all you have a portal. You would think that you could just schedule online right but let's say you call 345 times after someone like picks up and hangs up on you. You know the answering machine says we're experiencing a high volume of calls right now every single time I've called it says that and there's no freaking way when they are sitting around doing nothing they have a high volume of calls. Every person that's ever answered. The phone at the front desk is absolutely rude and not helpful. Tries to push you out. I swear to God I don't know how this company is even profitable. probably because there's so many people with mental conditions cause this world is so fucked up. The worst medical experience I've ever had . From the billing department to appointment scheduling and even the providers it feels like they've only specifically hired people who are terrible at their job. They continually make mistakes that they then attempt to blame on you rather than resolve in a way that makes sense . I've never written a negative review so that just shows how terrible this place is . read more

Kelly has been amazing and I feel she saved my life. I was hanging by the smallest of threads with my CPTSD/depression/anxiety. She came up with a plan and it wasn't long and I was a totally different person and on my way to feeling like my old self again. Finding the right medication can work miracles and she nailed it. I can't say enough good things about my experience at ARC. I was referred there by someone I knew that had also had a similar experience. I am no longer a patient here and I felt the providers cared very little about my condition and it's improvement. I once even had one of the providers tell me that she didn't care whether or not I took my medication. As soon as she said that she noticed her insensitivity and backtracked but the damage had been done. Then my therapist forgot who I was on my third session. I was about 10 minutes in to talking to her and she said "oh I remember you, we've met before!" . Then the final straw was I stopped my medication as I didn't like the care I was receiving but I never once heard from this practice again. They really could not care less about my condition. Very disappointing and makes recovery seem discouraging. Do not recommend. I was referred through Cleveland Clinic but would not go back. read more

This place is BEYOND incompetent. They sent me a letter saying I owed money because I didn't have insurance. I did. I called and called and left message after message. No answer or return call EVER. I faxed my insurance cards 3 times I hopes they would stop sending bills. They kept sending them. I kept calling. NO ANSWER. Now my bill has gone to collections and knocked my credit score down 53 points. Horrible, horrible administration. read more

Very disappointed with ARC psychiatry. I was scheduled with Brandi Cihlar and I was told that she cancelled my appointment. When I asked why, they said my patient forms weren't filled out but nothing was uploaded to the patient portal account for me to fill out. The lady I talked too uploaded the forms and said that I could reschedule- I have waited months for this appointment and the complete lack of care that I was shown due to a mistake made by the staff is unacceptable. I was referred to ARC psychiatry by the Cleveland Clinic and if you are looking for a place that cares for its patients, this is not it. Very sad. read more

I have adhd. I misplaced 2 pills of my medication. After 2 years of prescriptions, this is the first time it happened. Since I called in to tell my provider about it a couple days before my refill was due, she acted like I was 'drug-seeking' and gave me no benefit of the doubt. Using this overly paranoid reasoning, they refused to fill my prescription on my refill date. Which was 3 days after I had originally called. I told her I would like to be placed w a different doctor and they stated I would still have my appointment and I could discuss that w them then. 20 minutes before my appointment time, they call saying I have been dismissed because I said I wanted a different doctor. What a bunch of petty, cowardly, incompetent, lazy and unprofessional group of people! Thanks for screwing up what so far has been a week of my life for literally no reason! read more

This company is terrible! First off I haven't had an appointment in a long time because of schedule changes with NO follow up call! Then when I ran out of my anti anxiety medication I could not get it filled because there were no more refills. I tried calling them to get another appointment on a weekday and left a voicemail DAYS ago. Nothing. I tried calling several times on another WEEKDAY but NO ONE picked up even when they were open. I was off my anti anxiety for a good week which led me to have a panic attack! These people are unprofessional and irresponsible! Don't trust them!! read more
