Not a professional service. Initially, they sent a great cleaner and the job was done very well,…read morewhich is why I signed up. But when you sign up for regular service, they do not respond to your calls efficiently. They do not provide you with proper paperwork for the service nor do they show up in uniform even though they advertise this on their website. They do not show up on time - they either come too early or way too late. They do not show up with the number of cleaning service members as initially agreed upon. If you ask for one cleaner, they show up with two and expect the customer to oblige. They change the condition of the services without proper communication to the customer but expect the customer to follow and pay. They do not inform you of their policy but expect you to follow. I would not recommend this service.

It is the worst service ever. I had to reschedule my appointment three times before I could get…read moresomeone to work. One of the maids vanished in the middle of the service without informing and generated an invoice of 100$ after working for 20 min. After third rescheduling, I finally thought that she would help me with cleaning. I really needed the kitchen to be cleaned as a priority, I requested the person multiple times but she completely ignored it saying that she has her time calculated and that she will leave enough time for all the kitchen appliances, cabinets and refrigerator. She killed all of her time wiping a bathroom which we had already cleaned and at the end when 10 min of her service were left(after spending 3he 50 min), she started working on the kitchen. Guess what, I ended up doing the all the appliances. The company took full payment in advance and when I was facing trouble with the first two maids, their customer service person stopped taking my calls at all. It is a horrible company. Please don't go for this service ever.

I had the pleasure of using Suds Laundry for the first time and I can confidently say that I…read morereceived exceptional service. Catherine, the attendant, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was comfortable and stress-free. She patiently showed me how to use the coin-operated machines and even loaned me a mesh laundry bag big enough to fit my king-size comforter to keep it safe during the dry cycle. At only seven dollars for a 27-minute XL wash cycle and two dollars for a 25-minute Large dry cycle, the prices are incredibly affordable. I was delighted to be able to use my preferred detergent and Oxiclean for my very sensitive skin. As a young, petite female, I felt completely safe at Suds Laundry. Catherine was always available to provide assistance or advice, and the front and back doors were continuously left open. The laundromat is located in a nice area, and there are stores nearby to get snacks while you wait. Suds Laundry's clientele who visited were friendly and welcoming. Before my visit, I spoke with the owner over the phone, and he kindly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Suds Laundry is a family-owned business, and I highly recommend supporting them. My experience was excellent, and I would definitely use Suds Laundry again. One of the things that impressed me the most was Catherine's attention to detail. She even offered me a clean plastic bag to put my dried comforter in, free of charge, when I realized I forgot mine at home. At other laundromats, I've had to pay for every little thing, so I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly, the owner has trained his staff well in providing superior customer service. I do have a couple of suggestions to make Suds Laundry even better. It would be helpful to have a step ladder or step-stool for short people to pour detergent into the washer. Also, a few more rolling baskets would be useful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Suds Laundry, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affordable laundromat.
