We consistently have to do the majority of the work to get things done or to get them in even the right ballpark of what we're looking for. Their performance and value-add are not priorities to them -- their priority is very clearly running up the billable time clock. They do not provide strategic value. They are hyper-focused on SEO even though we told them multiple times we don't really care about SEO just yet. To this day, our weekly check-ins are basically just a bland overview of the changes in our SEO numbers from last week (Bueller...? Bueller...?) There's been zero discussion of a social media strategy. Our HubSpot implementation & training with them was haphazard at best. There are two people who show up for every single weekly status meeting and I could not tell you what they do. One seems to just take notes and the other *might* be our project or account manager, but I honestly can't tell. All-in-all, this was a lot of time and money *not* well spent.
