My recovery from the reduction was smooth. I don't know how he did it without me telling him, I am exactly what size I wanted my breasts to be. The caring bedside manner and his staff are amazing at what they do. The insurance paperwork, the instructions, and so diligent of the process were helpful. My only regret is that I didn't have this done sooner. Whatever procedures I have in the future will be with Dr. Pinksy. I have my life back with confidence and couldn't be any happier!!!

Dr. Deane is soft spoken and kind and immediately upon meeting him I felt good about having surgery. He showed me what he could do and the likely outcome if I had lower blepharoplasty (as I developed these bags under my eyes after having facial fillers). Dr. Deane provided me with information and did not push me at all to make a decision. He is very knowledgeable and I was very comfortable with no reservations going into surgery. Dr. Deane and his staff were so kind and conscientious; from the office staff to the nurses and billing staff I felt well taken care of. Although I'm still healing I can already see the improvement. So happy! Thank you Dr. Deane!

At the weight he suggested for the "correct BMI" I would be uncomfortably thin. -I even tried to suggest alternative measurements to determine my surgical risk factors like A1C, Body fat%, Blood pressure, Cholesterol, etc, and he was completely dismissive. -I understand that BMI can indicate certain risk factors during surgery, especially if you're diabetic, have HBP, high cholesterol, etc, but he wasn't interested in assessing my health in the slightest.

Then when I got bills for our co-pays, I paid them only to get a new bill for both a month later. Both payments cleared my account before the new bill was issued. Now I've been trying to call the billing service for 3 days and it's always busy. I've called over 20 times and I can't get through. I hate this office!!! total incompetence!!!!!!

Wow! just wow! I just got back from what was supposed to be a 2:30pm appointment. Prior to today's…read moredate I called and was told to arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I did even better than that, arriving at 2:10pm. The problem is/was no one was in the office, and I mean nor a single person. I waited until about my appointment time and called their main #. The "gentleman" that answered the phone was extremely rude, insisting that there were people there and I must be wrong about the whole thing. This discussion went back and forth for awhile and I finally asked him to call their Lindenhurst office #. He begrudgingly agreed, and put me on hold. When he returned he said no one was picking up the phone (I know...because no one is there). He still insisted that somehow the fault lied with me, and said you can either continue to wait, or we can reschedule. Reschedule? what about the fact that I left work early? I advised that I would continue to wait. At a certain point I decided to pick up something at the store across the street. When I returned, on what was now 3p, it was the same situation. The office was still dark, the door were still locked and no one was there. I am so angry about this I can't begin to tell you. I would NEVER consider returning there and either should you. Oh, and in case you guys would like to dispute my account of the events, be aware that I had the foresight to make a little recording of my little adventure, with what is perhaps the most unprofessional medical practice on Earth. and would be VERY HAPPY to share with everyone so.....bring it!!!

He trains other physicians in this technique and has been performing it longer and more often than anyone else in the U.S., which is exactly why I was willing to fly to New York for it. I could not be happier with that decision. I wanted a very natural result, just a little more fullness up top, and went with 160 cc in both breasts. Dr. Epstein's expertise with Preserve is what sold me. Honestly, the part I was most nervous about was going under anesthesia. Because Preserve is so minimally invasive, I was able to have sedation instead. Dr. Spaliaris, the anesthesiologist, was an angel. She called me the night before to walk me through everything, and by the time I was in the OR I felt completely relaxed and genuinely excited for the procedure to start. That says a lot coming from someone who was terrified. The whole thing was quick. I was in and out in about three hours. I only needed Advil and Tylenol for the first 24 hours, and the discomfort has been very manageable. Best of all, my results are perfect, and I'm only three days out. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Epstein and his entire staff truly listen. They take the time to understand what you want and make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!

She was honest about what was achievable and what was not, which I deeply appreciated. I never felt rushed--she always took her time with me, patiently answering my endless questions. From the very start, she was warm, caring, and reassuring, and I felt like we were true partners in this journey. Beyond her personable approach, Dr. Afridi is an exceptional surgeon. She is meticulous in her work and spent the time needed to make sure everything was done exactly right. It's clear she genuinely cares about achieving the best possible results. From day one, I could tell she was deeply invested in me and went above and beyond to ensure I would be happy with the outcome. I came to her for a very tricky and sensitive procedure: ankle liposuction. This was something I had struggled with for years. No matter how much I exercised, I could never change the shape of this stubborn area, and it always left me feeling self-conscious. It even limited my fashion choices (hello, maxi dresses!)--I spent most of my life trying to cover my legs. Even with all that frustration, the idea of surgery was daunting. I did not want to take unnecessary risks with my health and had decided I would not undergo general anesthesia. Dr. Afridi immediately put me at ease by creating a plan to do the procedure under local anesthesia instead. On the day of surgery, she and her team made me feel completely cared for and supported. I was comfortable the entire time (her nurse even held my hand, which meant so much). The whole experience was far easier than I ever imagined--I had very little pain and was able to walk out of the office the same day. Dr. Afridi's skill and attention to detail were evident throughout, and I always felt safe in her hands. The results? Truly outstanding. For the first time in my life, I feel confident about this part of my body. This wasn't just a surgery--it freed me from years of insecurity. Dr. Afridi is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but also a compassionate partner in her patients' journeys. If you're considering a procedure and want a doctor who is meticulous, caring, and genuinely invested in your outcome, I honestly can't imagine anyone better.
