Took my wife and adult children here. I ordered garlic parm wings and they brought me a garlic parm hamburger. I had to wait 15 minutes while everyone else was eating. First wing I tried was pink and raw inside. When I showed the waitress she told me the wings are brought in pre cooked and couldn't possibly be raw. Precooked wings? I gave up and told them to just take it off the bill. My son had a hamburger that tasted like one of those boxed frozen burgers from Walmart. Bad food, mediocre service. This was my first time coming here and right when we walked in we got sat down a couple came behind us maybe 5 minutes after but then our waiter came out and got our drinks and went to the other table got them their drinks and took their order then went and out their order in and then took ours they probably got their food in like 5 minutes our drinks were empty and out waiter didn't even come and get us new drinks and probably 20 minutes later the host was like do you guys want a refill and we're like yes and we still haven't even gotten our food and then she went back to our waiter and she finally brought our food out i got a philly and it barely had any meat even on it the food wasn't even good our waiter didn't even apologize for the wait and wouldn't even really come over to us read more

Decor is nice. Menu offers lots of choices but this is a true greasy spoon. Waaayyy too much grease. Will not go back.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday night. The restaurant was packed and they had a large party in the back. It was definitely an off night for food . Most tables in the dining room had to wait over an hour for their food. But they comped everybody their drinks and went above and beyond to make sure everybody was taken care of. Our server Jeannie gave us rolls and made sure we were taken care of. She is awesome! Then the owner came out and spoke in the dining room and told everybody how sorry she was and that everybody sitting in the dining room had their food comped! Wow I can't believe how awesome the customer service is and for that reason we will definitely be back and will refer everybody there. What an awesome place. read more

Love the new update, it is a small place but very cute, great atmosphere. Even better food, it is a smaller menus but as a picky eater there's a good amount of stuff for everyone. Me and my fiancé went for breakfast the other day, got eggs bacon baskets and gravy with home fries. We got there right at the end of breakfast and seen so many amazing lunch items going to tables and I knew I was coming back for more. This is a great place and we had an awesome server. I went to this restaurant and when my husband went to pay with the card they told him that the card declined twice so I went and payed on a different card that was mine .. Here to come find out they received the money off of his account twiced and me once .. So we payed 27.30 3 times for a breakfast meal for 2 people.. will never go here again .. read more

Hubby and I went to Samantha's in Louisville for Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and a house salad. We could not believe the extra large yummy portion of fork tender Liver and onions that was served. It was our first time there so we had no idea how large the meal was, we could not eat our veggies and wished we had not eaten our salads and buttered roll. We also liked the fresh coffee, something very important to us. Our waitress was Lisa, she gave us very attentive friendly service. We will definitely be back for more. read more

My husband and I waited almost an hour for our food. When the food came out my kabob was like leather and my husband's cabbage rolls were cold in the center. The waitress never came back to the table to check on us. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for refills on our drinks. Very poor service and underwhelming food. Ordered takeout. Very disappointing! Reuben barely had any corned beef - just a thin layer. So basically I paid $11 for a cole slaw sandwich. Fries were soggy & undercooked. Ordered a quesadilla for my son and asked for no mushrooms. Got home & he opened the package to find a burnt tortilla & mushrooms, which he's allergic to so couldn't eat it. Another $12 down the drain & it didn't even come with fries or a side. read more

My husband and I were excited to try the new Samantha's Grill in Louisville, hoping we could add another great restaurant to the few available in our area. The restaurant looks attractive on the outside. Major disappointment! Very average atmosphere inside. We each ordered the 10oz strip steak, his with the bourbon flavor plus the added mushrooms, mine with the garlic parm flavor. After waiting 30 minutes for our meals, both steaks came out reversed (garlic parm w/mushrooms). They took them both back to fix but it only took 4 minutes to receive our "freshly fixed" steaks. At this point we are wondering if they just scrapped off the incorrect toppings, slapped them back on the grill and brought them back out. We ordered both steaks medium well (some pink inside). Both steaks were brown all the way through. No flavor to the steaks, not even tender. We would compare them to a steak you'd get at Ponderosa. Which might not be awful had they not charged $16.99 each for the below average cut of steak and an additional $1.99 for approximately 8 pieces of sliced, barely cooked mushrooms. The meals came with green beans which were obviously from a can! We chose a baked potato for the second side. Ok, how do you screw up a baked potato, you ask? By giving both customers Mayonnaise instead of butter! Talk about feeling a bit sick... The meal also had a garden salad with "mixed greens". I guess if you call iceberg lettuce "mixed greens" then you'll like it. This salad was on the small side and if you were to order it alone you would be paying $6! My daughter ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with fries. Two boring pieces of white bread with cheap American cheese and a handful of dried up fries, $5.99. Our bill came to over $48 before tip! We will continue patronizing Texas Roadhouse in Alliance if we want flavorful steak and nice atmosphere. Overall, bad experience and a lot of dissatisfaction and disappointment. Gosh, so sorry to report same experience with beef plate. Love their other restaurants so maybe they can tune things up but the competition is so fierce at their price point with other places offering much better $40 meals for two that they better move fast because only so many people will stop by to check out the new digs which are an improvement over the old Mike's but not snazzy enough to justify the limited selection. read more

The burger & fries were the worst I've ever had. Wife's steak was dry like beef jerky. Terrible. Will never back

This is the third time we have visited and the last. We went when they first opened and gave them the benefit of the doubt with being newly opened, not new to the business, just newly opened. But fast forward several years now and it appears not much has changed. We came in on a Sunday for brunch and had a 30 minute wait - which we decided was not bad. However, it just went downhill once we were seated, which was @ 12:30. The first thing we heard was the waitress, Tracy, stating that there was no way they were going to have food out to everyone by 2:00. That should have been the first indication to leave. She did not say this to us, but given the proximity of everyone, she could have been talking to herself and we all would have heard her, since she wasn't trying to be quiet about it. This same waitress went on to complain about being short wait staff and cook staff, again not something I want to hear as a customer. Then the kitchen staff could be heard out in the dining area. We then watched them turn away a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 small children), but then seat a family of 4 adults not 10 minutes later. After about 1 hour of placing our orders I asked if it would be possible that one of our party get his meal so he could quickly eat and leave for work, the waitress told me that our orders were "way, way in the back" and then walked away. This person in our party could not wait any longer so he left, then the waitress  walked out with his meal in hand, I tried to explain to her had she communicated to us that she would see what she could do he could have waited a little but she didn't wait to even listen or apologize. Not once did the waitress apologize to any of us for the wait, she didn't offer refills, she didn't even say thank you when she brought the bills. One thing she did do, was complain out loud, incessantly!! Then at 1:52 she went and locked the door, mind you the closing hours technically say 2:00. I know help is hard to find, but good help is not! If you anticipate being so short handed at such a busy time, keeping in mind the only other restaurant was closed, then you make adjustments, limited menu and be present as the owner. I did ask if she was there. Sadly with the limited choices in Louisville, you'd think you would try your hardest to make it the best choice there was. read more

The bread on the sandwiches were quite soggy. So I tried something new. Big greasy mess. And the food was served just a bit over cold. Never offered a second drink. Felt totally ignored. Came here for lunch a few days ago, there wasn't many people in the restaurant, we were seated immediately. The waitress brought our drinks quickly and then took our orders. I got the chicken quesadilla and my family all got breakfast. The food came out fairly quickly. The quesadilla was the best I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly with the cheese melted on the inside. It was thick with chicken, peppers, and onions. The "garnish" was chopped iceberg lettuce and diced tomatoes that I didn't eat. For my family who got breakfast, the bacon and hashbrowns were cooked to perfection. The pancakes were huge and fluffy. They give you a sauce package for syrup- it would have been just icing on the cake to have some warm syrup that wasn't prepackaged. Overall, we had a great experience and will be dining there again! read more

We had breakfast at this location for the first time last week. Great atmosphere for Louisville, Ohio. The food portions are very abundant and our service was good. Only downside was that the waitress forgot the fruit that was supposed to come with my meal and the sausage that came with my husband's meal. But there was so much food, we didn't complain. Let me just say I have been to other Samantha's restaurants and loved the food. I had high hopes for this place. The meal was disgusting. I got the beef with the sourdough bread and potatoes and gravy. The beef didn't taste like beef at all. The gravy didn't even have a meat flavor let alone tasting like beef. It was cold and so was another person's food at my table. By the way, I helped the other person eat some of their meal because there was a large portion. so I was going to be full after that. I told them I didn't want the beef because of how gross it was. They insisted on making me something else so that I would have to pay for a meal. The manager never came to talk to me face to face outside of handing me the bill after I told them what to make. When they brought me the meal to go that one was steaming hot The one they gave my cousin and I to eat while we were there was cold. Never going back. read more
