Talking to her is like talking to an unbiased trusted friend. She makes all parties involved feel respected and heard. She doesn't take sides, but finds a way to make everyone feel like they have valid concerns and gives communication strategies to help navigate through tough conversations or hot buttons in a relationship. She's the first therapist I've ever worked with who has given actionable tools to use in everyday situations, instead of just listening and saying she'll see me next week.
