Since that doctor retired, it has been difficult to find someone who truly respects and listens to a patient's concerns. I went to Dr. Ting specifically to have a crease beside my lip filled. I had successfully treated this area before, so I clearly explained what had and had not worked for me. I specifically asked him not to inject the filler diagonally toward my lip because, in my experience, this creates an overhang. I explained that placing a small amount beside the lip in a more rounded area had previously filled the crease without causing that problem. I was also not given a mirror during the injections. Had I been able to see where the filler was being placed, I might have recognized what was happening and spoken up before the procedure was completed Unfortunately, he did exactly what I had asked him not to do. As shown in the photo, the original crease was not corrected, and I am now left with a diagonal, sagging-looking line where the filler was placed. I can feel the filler along that line when I place my fingers inside my cheek. On the other side, I was left with a lump below my mouth, and I do not understand what that placement was intended to correct. .Although Dr. Ting is a dermatologist, this experience left me questioning his expertise with cosmetic filler placement. Correcting the result may require additional filler or hyaluronidase to dissolve the existing filler, neither of which is an ideal option. I paid nearly $800 for this procedure, and instead of seeing an improvement, I feel that my appearance has been negatively altered. I am extremely disappointed and feel disfigured.

I'm a bigger lady and, because of that, need the bigger blood pressure cuff. The woman who took my blood pressure in the office used a small blood pressure cuff, causing a false reading of high blood pressure because it was severely constricting my arm. When I mentioned to her that I'm just fat but don't have high blood pressure, she just shrugged me off and told me to go to my doctor every few days to have my blood pressure checked leading up to the surgery. My doctor, being an actual medical professional, took my blood pressure correctly and determined that I did not have high blood pressure and immediately questioned if the woman that attempted to first take my blood pressure was even a doctor. Hilarious, inconvenient, but ultimately no big deal. My surgery date came and went and I immediately noticed afterward that I was having issues holding my pee. I mentioned this to the "medical" staff at Dr Stompro's office and they informed me that this is normal after surgery and that it should go away with time. When it didn't, I brought it up again and one of the "medical" staff at Dr. Stompro's office pointed out that it may be because of weakness in my abdomen or because of fat putting pressure on my bladder?? I don't know, whatever. So I continue on. I ignored it, I tried to treat it, and here we are. Y'all, I'm THREE YEARS past the surgery and I'm not even 30 and I'm still incontinent from this surgery. I've gone to a urologist that was too fat-phobic to even try to diagnose me, a physical therapist that figured it had to be because my pelvic floor was weak (then she determined it isn't), and another specialist that has finally determined that it may be a nerve issue (further testing needed). All we know is that I wasn't incontinent before the surgery and I am now. I called Dr. Stompro's office recently for the paperwork associated with my surgery so that I can pass it along to the specialist to see if it helps to determine a cause of the incontinence (and thus a fix) and the front desk person was rude for no reason?? I think she assumed I was getting the paperwork to sue?? I'm sure they all know I would have been able to sue because, and I cannot express this enough, INCONTINENCE IS NOT AN EXPECTED OUTCOME FOR LIPOSUCTION. Look, if I weren't outside of the statute of limitations I WOULD sue but, since I am, I just want to stop being incontinent. I'm still fat after my liposuction, which I don't mind! I'm soft and shapely and I love that, I just want to stop peeing on myself randomly. I'm now leaving reviews everywhere and filing a complaint against this office - I spent nearly $15,000 to be incontinent for potentially the rest of my life. I'd recommend another office, another doctor, another everything.

I was initially nervous about the non refundable consultation fee because I wanted to ensure it wouldn't be a scam, but I checked online and it's common for reputable offices. They also apply the money to your treatment, so it's not wasted. Dr. Wall was wonderful. I told her I wanted Vbeam again, and she was instantly on board. She told me how the machine worked, and I appreciated that she clearly had expertise without being condescending in any way. She gave me the option of fewer intense sessions or more less intense sessions. I purchased a package of 3 right after my consultation because I knew the laser already worked for me before. I was able to schedule my next sessions right after my consultation. I was able to get my Vbeam done the next day because there was an opening. They had me do jumping jacks in the photo room to bring in a flush so they could see where the redness was on my face. They numbed me for about 20 minutes and then brought me to the Vbeam room. She told me that she would use 2 different settings--the stronger bruising settings to get rid of visible Vbeam spots from my last sessions at another place, and less intense settings around the rest of my redness so it didn't leave visible marks. The session was over in maybe 10 minutes max. They put vaseline on me and gave me aftercare instructions. My experience at this office was so much better than the one I previously went to. I also felt very respected. I did not feel like they tried to get more money out of me in sneaky ways like some dermatologists and medspas do. I also found out after my appointment that this office is partially owned by one of the YouTube dermatologists I watched when considering Vbeam. I absolutely recommend this place!

The system is so difficult to time correctly, it's the reason I didn't finish the full round of the drug the first time I was on it. After trying a dermatologist in Walnut Creek and having them screw up the iPledge three different times, I started searching for someone new and found Wallach Derma Center. Everyone here is on top of their game when dealing with the tricky iPledge crap. They were excellent about entering my labwork on time and making sure my prescription was never delayed. Everyone was wonderful, but I have to give a massive shout out and big THANK YOU specifically to Zita. She was always there to help out when I had a million questions and always made sure everything was done in a timely manner. She is a superstar and I'm so thankful for her. Wallach Derma Center came as a doctor referral as I wanted an annual routine appointment. I made an appointment and went in on December 30th, 2025. Very nice office, all staff was friendly and efficient. Dermatologist and assistant cut off 2 moles for biopsy and froze a couple of "concern" areas all in a matter of roughly 45 minutes. I paid a $50 co-pay. After a couple of weeks, I received a lab fee for just over $250, which I understand and paid. This week I received an additional invoice from Wallach for over $370 for my patient portion of the visit. I have attached the invoice with over $1,000 in charges for the 45 mins visit on 12/30/25. My insurance covered roughly $625 of these charges. I reached out to Wallach stating I felt these charges were excessive and asked for a review. I received an email back the following day stating they were correct with no adjustments. For a routine check-up to ultimately cost me over $670 out of pocket with good insurance is a complete rip off. Make sure you do your due diligence as all dermatologists are not the same. Nice enough people, but I won't be back.
