It was very convenient and allowed me to view the team members to determine who would be the best fit for me. I decided to book with Sarah and she was fantastic! It has been almost 8 months since I have cut or colored my hair. Mainly because of the price (San Diego) and also because I never seem to get what I asked for. This was not the case with Sarah. I showed her a couple of pictures and told her what color and cut I wanted. She gave me exactly that. My hair looks perfect! In fact, I don't think it has ever looked this good! She also was a delight to be around. I do not speak much German, but was able to have a good laugh with her anyways :) The rest of the team was wonderful as well. They offer drink service through out your appointment and the woman who shampooed my hair gave me the best head, neck and shoulder massage... I almost fell asleep! It was fabulous! The prices were more than reasonable (1/4 of what I am used to paying in California) and the location is very convenient. I am very happy I found this place through Yelp and have already booked my next appointment.

The team members speak English and also some speak Japanese and they are all really nice people so it's really no problem to give them a quick call.
