It was very convenient and allowed me to view the team members to determine who would be the best fit for me. I decided to book with Sarah and she was fantastic! It has been almost 8 months since I have cut or colored my hair. Mainly because of the price (San Diego) and also because I never seem to get what I asked for. This was not the case with Sarah. I showed her a couple of pictures and told her what color and cut I wanted. She gave me exactly that. My hair looks perfect! In fact, I don't think it has ever looked this good! She also was a delight to be around. I do not speak much German, but was able to have a good laugh with her anyways :) The rest of the team was wonderful as well. They offer drink service through out your appointment and the woman who shampooed my hair gave me the best head, neck and shoulder massage... I almost fell asleep! It was fabulous! The prices were more than reasonable (1/4 of what I am used to paying in California) and the location is very convenient. I am very happy I found this place through Yelp and have already booked my next appointment.

Not that this was a problem because I was nextI could not speak German and attempted to explain what I wanted in EnglishThe barber seemed to know exactly how I wanted it and to give credit where it's due, did a reasonably good job. I was however a little disappointed that my back and sides was shaved too short and I realise that perhaps there was a communication barrier or perhaps the English 'grade 2' is different to the German version? Whatever the cause, it was too short and I felt the cold for a good two weeks after, even with a babseball cap! I subsequently recommended 'Best Cut' to a friend who used the service and commented on how long it took the barber to perform a short trim, back and sidesMy friend explained the delay was caused by the constant interuptions the barber made to his friends and the telephone I'd be prepared to try Best Cut again but based on mine and my friend's first experience, would prefer to find somewhere different.
