The reason for the three stars (which I will raise ,if, the outcome of this is sufficient) is in the paragraph below. The guys were fast, efficient, and very tidy. They asked numerous times throughout the job if the trim was good or if I wanted it cut back more etc. So we had two water oaks removed from our property today. Everything was going great until it wasn't. I have attached pictures. The new truck they use to cut trees had a malfunction and a piece of the tree fell straight through our roof. I heard the loud bang and waited a few minutes before going outside because I knew it wasn't good haha. The guy operating the crane was pacing back and forth on the phone with his supervisors explaining what happened. He then proceeds to tell me something went wrong and that there is a hole in my roof. I feel many times the, initial, reaction is to panic and put blame on a company or an individual, instead of, just coming to terms with the fact that shit happens. I could see how concerned and upset this gentleman was at the fact he had just put a hole in my roof. As much as I wanted to I didn't see the need to let him know how upset I was. It says licensed and insured on there advertisements so I guess we will be putting that to the test. It is 3:21 on 4/25/2023 and I have been told there is a roof guy that will come and tarp the roof and then they will fix it. So to anyone who ever wondered what happens if they drop a tree on your house stay tuned! From my experience so far they have been extremely professional. I will update the stars to 5 once they fix my roof, lol, but for now I think everyone understands I got to go with the three (only because there is a hole in the roof. Everything outside of this was top notch people! Update: two men in a truck pulled up and said they were here to put up the tarp. 2 hours later not to bad.

Terrible company, terrible employees, terrible management…read more They came to my house to do a steam clean of the carpets and a grout cleaning of my tiles. They ruined all of my tile floor because the guy scrubbed it with a wire brush and used some chemical stripping agent. The company 'owner' came by with a lot of attitude later and finally agreed that they would fix it by fully stripping the tile and then restoring it. When I called them repeatedly to schedule this, they claimed to be so busy they can't do it for 4-6 months. Then just ignored my calls and texts. Classic company using their power to take advantage of the little guy as they got busy with big commercial jobs from hurricane Ida that made them a lot more money. Never using this company again.

They are respectful (most aren't), kind (a welcomed, added bonus), efficient (almost unheard of in the trades), really, really care about doing a great job (one of only a handful of companies we worked with who did), and were very respectful of other work that was done before theirs (WOW)!! That IS unheard of! We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have any cement or mortar/brick work to be done... you absolutely will not find better people to do it! And they were very affordable. They replaced two sections of our driveway that had broken up over the decades. The older gentleman was an absolute artist with the wet cement! They also repointed some brickwork, and were very, very precise and careful about keeping excess mortar off of other parts of our house. We will absolutely, without a doubt, use them again and again.
