Had heard a few people talking about this restaurant and was anxious to try it out. First…read moreimpression was that the ordering system wasn't very customer friendly. The atmosphere was just okay, the tables were either to small for a family of four or to big for two people. When the food arrived it looked impressive but wasn't that tasty. This along with being a cash only place lead me to only give three stars. Mostly the food taste wasn't good. I'd have to pass on this one, too bad I was looking forward to a good burger joint.

I came here with my husband and we ordered two cheeseburgers and sweet potato fries. We were very…read morehappy with our meals. The burgers were so good!! One of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat was juicy and cooked perfectly. The fries fresh and crisp. It was nice to get self serve ketchup and mayo which isn't common in Europe. The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely. We will definitely be back.

My favorite burger is the Barbecue Burger with fries and the delicious homemade dips. You can choose up to two dips with your meal at no extra charge. I prefer ketchup and mayo. There are many other varieties of burgers, side dishes and dips and even vegetarians will find something tasty to eat (e.g. the Nut Burger). If you like burgers you should definitely give this restaurant a try. Enjoy your meal!

If you love good burgers and live in Mainz, you should eat here at least once a month. ;-)…read more I had the Classic burger (- I asked for medium-rare) with mozzarella cheese for lunch last Sunday and the burger was on point. The meat was perfectly cooked and juicy, the bun was crispy without being dry and all the ingredients just came together so nicely so that it was party in my mouth. Instead of regular fries, I went with the "Pommes Spezial" and I really liked their special sauce on it. With 10€ for the combo (burger, fries, drink), prices are definitely fair. Service was friendly - no complaints here. Now I am just waiting for them to add mushrooms and avocado to their menu as well so that I can award them the 5th star too... ;-)

The place was nice enough, though it it took three tries to hit opening hours. Oddly, they seemed to be closed when we were hungry and in the area. The one thing that did stick with me is the, "are you some kind of alien??" look I received when I asked for mustard to put on my burger. Incredibly, they had to forage around to find some and brought me some weird off brand stuff in a packet. News flash to the burger joints in Germany: American burger joints ALWAYS offer Ketchup AND Mustard. No exceptions. At the very least, you need to have some good stuff on hand. **Secondary news flash: curry ketchup is not for burgers and you need to get over your preciousness and eat it with your hands! (Exception is only extreme messiness) All said, I would only go back here if I happened to be in the neighborhood and was dying for a burger.

The guy who took our orders was super nice and funny and could even deal with my indecisiveness ;) My sister had a Falafel Burger and me the "Protein Cheeseburger" - that's salad instead of a bun (still didnt figure out the protein in the salad tho ) We both ordered the "menu" option that came with a drink and fries and paid ~20€, which was fine. We had Sweet Potatoe Fries and some normal fries with Cajun (some spices) - both were really good and crispy. The burgers where good as well and i liked the salad option (I cant eat gluten so its usually difficult in fastfood places). Just take care, its pretty messy to eat!
