The crew removed our old driveway, widened it as discussed, and installed a beautiful new asphalt driveway with great attention to detail. They worked efficiently, kept us informed throughout the project, and cleaned up when they were finished. The finished product exceeded our expectations and really improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend John Zarlengo Asphalt Paving to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Thank you to John, Luanne, and the entire team!

I just called to find out the status and his father started screaming at me that they had to fire their crew because of theft and that they wouldn't be up and running until next week. I said so you will be out next week and he continued screaming and when I told him to stop he hung up on me. This man has no business dealing with the public and I will never use them again and will ensure I spread the word of what went down here today. This is the 4th and final time I use them. Not only did they do an amazing job on the patio, they helped fix a couple spots that were in bad shape from the previous company who we used that shall remain nameless. All you need to know about the other company, is that we did not use them again. Unlike Hooks, who will be the first company we call for any future work. Chris and his team were so great with the patio, we had them also install landscaping around our house. And again, they did an amazing job. And to top it all off, they are super reasonable!! Unfortunately, we had to cancel our appointment with Chris due to illness and other home repair schedules. Instead of kindly asking to reschedule with us, he sent very disrespectful text messages. I have proof of him calling us rude and ignorant and a wasted hour drive for him. In any other position, this would be grounds for firing. Since Chris is a lead, he clearly does not care about his behavior or his treatment of his customers. Also, please keep in mind we most certainly would not contact a company to request an hour drive. We live in his local area. We were not the customer using his services out of location.

We had giant pools of water anytime it rained or snow melted and would get water in our garage.
