I called Lindsay because my husband and I were in the market for Health Insurance and it is open enrollment time. I went to the conversation guarded and uneasy with the whole insurance process. Lindsay and her wonderful assistant were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and I must say the customer service aspect was top-notch. She explained my options, listened to my needs and knew exactly what plan would work for us. The whole process was about 30 minutes and after completing our application I was insured within 24 hours. Thank you Lindsay for your professionalism!

After sitting in the orthopedic surgeon's waiting for an hour and a half on two occasions waiting for the referral to come through, it never did. I decided that Kathy Hall might be able to get this expedited. Well, I was wrong. After calling her every day for a week and getting no return phone call, she finally left me a message saying that she would call me that Friday. I waited at home all day waiting for her phone call which never came. I am beyond fed up with this lack of customer service and lack of respect for one of her clients. I will not recommend her to others and my husband will not continue to be one of her clients. What started years ago as a pleasant experience with her, has now eroded into a "no customer service" experience. I would have shared this with Kathy if she would have returned my calls or at least come through with her promise to call me. Will never deal with her again.

I started to apply for Medicare in late January 2022, two months before retirement, and learned…read morethat switching myself and my husband over to Medicare required a large confusing burden of paperwork. Unfortunately, no one person at Medicare seemed to know exactly what forms were needed or even who to ask. Researching this myself became a nightmare - and I consider myself to be an intelligent educated person. I reached out to Kathy Hall for assistance, and I am so glad that I did. She clarified the paperwork needed, walked us through the various plans and options, found a plan for me that covers all my doctors and medications, and a plan for my husband that gives him money back. Kathy even faxed out all the paperwork for us. I am so grateful for Kathy's assistance, I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. Inifinite stars. Thank you so much, Kathy!

TopSafe insurance was good the first year and a half. This renewal was a nightmare all thanks to…read morethe owner Laura. My policy was terminated by the company at no fault of mine. I reached out to Laura she advised I needed to pay for a wind mitigation and 4-point inspection and stated my inspections from when I purchased the house in 2020 would not be valid for the company she was trying to move me to. She provided a number to an inspection company and told me to tell them she referred me to them. While I was in the process of that I received an email from Laura that said my renewal was complete. So I did not schedule the inspections. Fast forward to today I was made aware by my mortgage company that my insurance has expired and they don't have anything on record. I called Laura who immediately took no responsibility and said she "told me what I needed to do". I told her about the email I received saying I was all set and her reply was" that was an automatic email, I told you what I needed to renew you." I acknowledged that but again brought the email to attention that is contrary to her statements. She again dodged responsibility and when I asked her why she didn't contact me she said it's not her responsibility and that she "can't call all her clients." This blew my mind that's literally her job and I told her that. She was again nonchalant repeated that she told me what to do and she didn't reach out because she didn't know if I went with another company. I told her I would schedule the inspections and might get back to her and her incompetence if I could not find an alternative route. I asked for the info again to the inspectors and she said she would email it to me. She never sent the email. I found the original email with the Company she recommended and requested I plug that she referred me. When I contacted this company they advised me they don't cover my area. Laura is so incompetent she referred me to somebody who could not help me. Hey Laura I found another agent that gave me the same quote from the same company you claimed I had to have a new inspection in order to receive coverage and guess what they used the inspection reports from when I purchased the house. I now have coverage no thanks to you or TopSafe Insurance. So again you failed to provide accurate information and customer support. Terrible costumer service and does not have your best interest at heart in her words "not her job to contact everybody she works with." I would not recommend her to anybody! I thought an insurance brokers job is to stay in communication with their clients... not Laura she shouldn't be expected to do her job. Her words not mine
