Abandoned a balcony project and caused water damage when they didn't seal off their demo work…read moredespite me reaching out to them to do so. I have receipts because they'll undoubtedly deny this. Not only did they not finish the job but they also left water damage to my ceiling which I will end up paying for. They lack accountability, professionalism and integrity. I gave them the opportunity to make it right by only paying a small portion of what I have to pay to fix their damage and they leaned in on their unprofessionalism and lies. --------------- They are also lying in their response as they said the damage they caused was pre-existing. This is false as they damaged the ceiling which was fine before they started the project. I have texts from the owner Greg that back this up. Also I didn't post reviews from the initial work they did because I didn't know how to review as there were quite a few things that had to be redone in previous jobs

I was nervous about mounting such a large unit on our new home, built in 1954 with lath/plaster walls. Gregore not only gave me good advice on the proper mounting hardware to use (Best Buy tried selling me a lesser option), he mounted the set so securely that I know for a fact it ain't going anywhere. There are lots of chances you have to take when hiring someone for a small job. Relax. Rapid Handy is professional, friendly, and they'll do it right.

I need cleaning today and rather than attempt to accommodate, Property Pro simply hung up. One of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. The Owner says they didn't receive my email with address until after our scheduled appointment time but that is simply not true. I sent my address to them at 9:42 am for our confirmed and scheduled appointment at 12pm. The Owner did not check their email this morning and rather than confirm the scheduled appointment simply no-showed on the appointment. Now the Owner is misrepresenting the email correspondence, but the screenshot attached shows otherwise.

They are knowledgeable and also super punctual and friendly, which made the experience easier. I strongly recommend them for any mold remediation services.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! This company was used for our 55+ mobile home…read morecommunity for 4 months. I told them what our budget was per our Board of Directors & Andre the owner told us his bid would come in much higher. I then got a call from Andre's wife to ignore what Andre said & that they could do it for the price budgeted. We had an agreement on price & how often they'd be here. Suddenly 3 weeks ago they stopped coming, in the height of growing season. When I would call, I was tole they'd be here the next week, the next day & so forth. Then I was told they'd merged with IB At Your Lawncare & that they'd be out the next day. It is now 3 weeks later & I FINALLY got Andre to return my call. He said he wasn't coming back & that our park was too much work for him. I asked if out of decency he would mow for 1 more month until our park could find a new service. His answer was no. So we are now sitting with 100 lots unmowed & zero notice that he was quitting. He clearly doesn't care about customer service, satisfaction or even decency in running a business. Stay AWAY! Not professional at all and I don't think I would open myself up to the liability of hiring them

We would 100% hire Inovec again in the future. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to be flexible and work with us. We were introduce to Inovec through our homeowner's insurance, who recommended them as part of their recommended contractor's program. We were a tad leary of this program, and went in with the impression that any company they recommended would be more loyal to the insurance company than us as homewoenrs, but this couldn't have been further from the case. In the end we were beyond grateful to be connected to Inovec, as an unexpected upside to being in the situation where we needed construction services! Inovec definitely put us first, listened to us, and worked with us to do what was best for our needs, home, and family. Thanks for an impeccable job!
