Nice cafe/bar on the banks of the Arno river.
Here you can sit closer to the river than anywhere else in Pisa, there are tables directly overlooking it.
It's a bit outside the historic center (about a 10-15 minute walk), but it's well worth it.
It's in a quiet, untouristy area, next to a park. If you have kids, there are a lot of options to keep them happy, such as a small go-kart track and a playground.
The location is quite lovely, especially on a warm summer evening.
In addition to coffee, beer, wine and cocktails, they also sell ice cream, cigarettes, lotto tickets and sandwiches.
