Reclectic in Pineville, NC is a huge after market store that appears to be dedicated specifically…read moreto women's clothing. The layout organizes garments first by color and then mostly by size. Depending on how you like to shop, this is either a plus or a minus. Personally, I'd prefer everything sorted primarily by size, though I can see the appeal of the color-block approach. I say "mostly" by size because, despite having size dividers, items still felt randomly scattered across the racks in a lot of cases. You can definitely stumble across some good finds here, but it's by no means a cheap shopping experience overall. Most of the discounted items fall into the $40-$50 range--though to be fair, the original MSRPs on a lot of these pieces were pretty ludicrous to start with. The biggest drawback, in my opinion, is the complete lack of any fitting rooms. Given the price point of the clothing and their strict no-return policy, this is a major hassle. If you plan to shop here, make sure you dress appropriately in advance so you can try items on over top of what you're wearing. Overall, you can probably find some great stuff, but you have to be prepared for the experience.

When I called the store to speak with a manager, I was told I could not speak to one unless I already knew the manager's name. I have never encountered a policy like that, and it falls well below basic customer service standards. This entire situation was handled unprofessionally, from the conflicting information I was given to the lack of accountability and unwillingness to escalate my concerns. I expected much better communication and customer service from a corporate franchise.

The store is well lit and though smaller than the other store it was packed with all the usual stuff. I didn't notice as much staff around the store and they weren't as engaging but still very professional. My daughter weaved up and down the racks trying to find as many things to try on as possible because we had finally made it in there on Wednesday and all clothing was 50% off. She found a bunch of stuff and the dressing rooms were well maintained and though not big, but spacious enough. At checkout everything went smoothly and we walked out with some great finds. I like this location for the convenience to get to and will likely return. This definitely replaces the Goodwill near my house because it's just bigger and better laid out. I've been just once to this spot but will return a few more times and will update my review if need be. But give this place a try and remember some days you can find a lot and some days nothing at all, it all just depends on the day you go. Patience and perseverance will get you far. that is all!
