I could deal with that... but what I am unwilling to deal with is being shown to the parking lot and given a "talking to" when I did not pick up my paint on time after a family car accident. I am not saying they knew about the accident, but when was the last time you were taken to the parking lot and reprimanded for not picking up an order? The paint was on sale but not instock. I tried to prepay but was told no. They mixed the paint without reaching me on the phone first, and then when I came in later and bought said paint out of the oops section (at a whopping 5% extra discount) I was taken to the parking lot and called out on not paying full price... when the paint was on sale in the first place. I ended up with a 30 instead of 25% discount. Horrors! That's worth losing a long term house flipping customer! So, unless you enjoy being reprimanded for shopping... I'd skip Big John's.

After telling her that the window display brought us in to look, she suggested my sister who is 70 may want to put her purse at the front desk. A small shoulder purse big enough to hold only her cell phone and her credit cards. I who am 69 asked her what she was suggesting and she said she guessed if we ripped the whole store off, she could go home for the day. I asked her if we looked like we were there to steal and she said to me "well you are wearing a mask." A medical mask to keep from spreading germs was attached to my face. I am sorry I have ever given Tara's a dime of my money. I love the clothes and have bought from them quite a few times over the last 8 Years. The outfit I was wearing with my backpack Fossel purse cost me well over $500 but that bitch decided we were too poor looking to purchase her clothes or something because we were clean and well put together although my sister was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. Tara's is too proud of their clothing, with high prices on no name brand clothes and now snooty personnel. I will never step in there again and I will also tell any and everyone I meet here in Delta about my experience.

I have moved my heavy equipment 3 times and its always been nerve wracking. I called the mooving company specifically because they had the type of trailer I knew would work best, my equipment cannot be leaned over, it needs to stay upright. I was unbelievably clear about why I was going this route. Although they didnt have enough insurance to cover it, they said they'd bring the trailer. It was only going a mile so I was willing to risk it under those circumstances. Apparently one of their guys was sure he could load it in the box truck at an angle by dragging it up the metal ramp and looping one set of wheels off the edge. This is, im sorry, really stupid. Not only does it weigh almost 600 lbs, it risks coming off the base. When they showed up with the box truck the dispatcher refused to admit she'd made a mistake and the loader made fun of my profession (I work at ups as a dispatcher. He heard ups and said "you just move boxes for a living so how about you let me do this." I guess he doesn't understand irony.) They left in a huff with all my stuff sitting outside my storage unit because I had questioned his massive moving knowledge. Oh excuse me, "mooving." Mess left by them pictured. Make your own decisions i guess, the customer isn't always right but at least dont be rude because someone's worried about the crazy stuff they're trying to do. He kept saying that the high school kid he brought with him was build like a tank so itd all be fine. Not risking tens of thousands of dollars on a hs kid, sorry.
