They said they would "put in a ticket". I called again on Friday and asked for the status of this. Now it's a different month. I did not want to be charged for a new month. They said no ticket had been entered but she would call and get it picked up that day. The following Tuesday I called and asked for the status. No record of either of my phone calls. I reminded them that if this was a ploy to bill me for another month, it was illegal. She said she would put in a ticket. 30 minutes later I received a phone call telling me it would be picked up the following day, Wednesday. Well guess what - no contact from them and Wednesday evening is here. The hospital bed and wheel chair will not be placed on the front lawn and be decorated for Halloween.

The owners of this store in the managers have no pride are they would sell quality products undamaged. People are allowed to hang around the store front and on the windows in and round the store, begging for money and other goods. Children are allowed to run around and play with toys in the middle of the floor tearing out the displays that should be for sale and are if a person can find one it's not already been torn up in the store the same for the clothing people will try stuff on and leave a nasty pan recliner in something like a nasty panty liner in a bathing suit or pants. No one chicks that before its return to the right. That's unsanitary it is definitely not the American way they have got to do better. Are they will continue to only have certain types of people frequent their store.

Called florist this morning, sorry, we didn't see the order, we can deliver or refund. My aunt is expecting them now, so hopefully they actually get delivered today. $87, $65 was the flowers, rest were fees, and they couldn't get the order done? I will not use them again, and I advise anyone who does, you better call first thing that day and check on your order.
