Lincare was recommended through the hospital. My husband passed away on a Saturday, I called…read moreLincare on the following Monday to have everything picked up. They said they would "put in a ticket". I called again on Friday and asked for the status of this. Now it's a different month. I did not want to be charged for a new month. They said no ticket had been entered but she would call and get it picked up that day. The following Tuesday I called and asked for the status. No record of either of my phone calls. I reminded them that if this was a ploy to bill me for another month, it was illegal. She said she would put in a ticket. 30 minutes later I received a phone call telling me it would be picked up the following day, Wednesday. Well guess what - no contact from them and Wednesday evening is here. The hospital bed and wheel chair will not be placed on the front lawn and be decorated for Halloween.
