Most insurances are accepted and the entire staff here is very polite and courteous. You make an appointment and you are seen at that time - not 15 - 20 minutes later. Parking can be a pain, because the location is right on main - so you might want to bring some coins for the parking meters. I also learned the proper use of my inversion table at Doctor Roots - of course I didn't read all the directions, but once he told me how to use it - I've gotten my money out of the one I have at home. He'd get 5 stars, but parking is a problem - I HATE giving money to the city just to park my car and give business locally! He uses pain cream and light massage prior to adjusting your spine. I was extremely relaxed and my back moved more than it has in YEARS.
