It was very nice romantic, fun, beautiful swimming pools, beach and a lot of great restaurants to choose from and the foods was delicious. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Includes a mini frig and microwave and a large closet. A nice touch was the love seat and a large wrap around desk. No daily maid service,due to COVID 19. The good thing is that the hotel has someone come through with a towel cart, so you can get fresh ones anytime. There is a Continential breakfast, but we never tried any of that. We did try the coffee. It was pretty bad. I think they need to clean the maker. There is not many places to take the dog to do it's business, but you can take the dog across the street at the Hilton. They have a side yard that is great to play with the dog. Would stay here again. There is a McDonalds a couple miles away, I recommend you get your coffee there.

Called the only number that I had. They weren't in the same area and couldn't help me. Retraced all the steps, finally find the place. It's 7:45 and they say they can't see me. There's 4 people standing around talking, eating cake and drinking coffee. I asked for the manager and he tells me that he has already sent all the sales agents home. REALLY......at 7:45pm....WTH....who are all the people standing around. I asked for the corporate headquarters number. He doesn't know it......Bahahaha....I google it and read all the terrible reviews. I call the customer service rep. she doesn't take my call or return it. I'm not going away.... I will call her until I get to say my piece! I'm sure it won't matter since they probably get tons of complaints but I am going to be heard!

I usually just rip these things up because they seem too good to be true, but against my better judgement I called. It was for this travel company, Grand Discovery Consultants. It was the typical time share thing. Sit through a 90 minute, no commitment, hassle free sales presentation, and receive the two airline tickets and hotel stay as a free gift regardless of if you buy anything from them. I went ahead and set up an appointment for later that week, and figured I would research the company now that I had the name to decide if I wanted to keep the appointment or not. Can't say I was surprised to see only negative reviews about them online. Just google Grand Discovery Consultants and you will pull up negative review after negative review...and a few horror stories. I planned to call and cancel the appointment, but before I could I got a confirmation call from them the next day. When the girl identified herself I told her I wished to cancel the appointment and asked if she could take care of that or if I needed to call the other guy back. She said she could handle it, and then proceeded to get very aggressive with me on the phone. She insisted on knowing the reason that I was canceling. I was in the grocery store when she called so I didn't care to go into details with her so I simply said now was not a good time and to please just cancel the appointment. She insisted that I reschedule and I told her I did not want to reschedule and it was not a good time. She said she didn't understand why I wouldn't want to reschedule and that she's never had anyone tell her they didn't want their free gift valued at $2000. She kept persisting and even told me she could meet with me anytime that was convenient...even 2:00am if that's what I needed. Seriously, who offers something so ridiculous. I said again that I did not want to reschedule and to please cancel the appointment. This girl kept insisting that I tell her the reason why. I said again that it was not a good time and I wasn't going to discuss things further with her. She literally tried to bully me into rescheduling. I calmly told her I wasn't going to argue with her to which she replied she wasn't arguing but was only speaking with me in a very professional manner. She was practically yelling into the phone, and cut me off every time I tried to speak. I'm not sure who taught her that is professional. I was absolutely shocked I was really being treated this way and was having this conversation while I stood in the aisle of the grocery store. I finally said one more time to cancel the appointment because I would not ever consider doing business with any company that conducts themselves this way and disconnected the call as I did not care to just talk in circles with this woman. So, basically all the other reviews out there must be pretty accurate. After how aggressive and unprofessional this girl was I cannot even imagine meeting with these people in person. They are obviously taught to try and get the sale through intimidation tactics and to not lose not matter how low they have to stoop. I should have agreed to meet her at 2:00am and then just not showed up. If I were you I would steer clear of business with Grand Discovery Consultants until they learn better business practices.
