The representative kept trying to give discounts and package deals when i said i was no longer interested. The "deals" weren't even worth the headache i knew id get from them.

Regarding of the size of the tattoo, It's greedy, inhumane, and just bad customer service. The primary consumer base for Laser Away is female, and I'm disgusted that a company that caters to women is unashamedly nickel-and-diming us for numbing cream. I wasn't even offered an ice pack. The staff was professional but this situation was trash. When I've had tattoo removal treatments at other places, pain relief was simply a common sense part of the process. Customer satisfaction is definitely Not a priority as ample time was given to make it right before I just got up and left without completing the session. The customer service person who responds to these can also save the "we're always looking for ways to improve" as y'all can just start with the problem listed and can feel free to contact me to make it right. Additionally on the website it list application of numbers cream as a step in the laser tattoo removal process. Says nothing about additional cost or it being considered optional or an add-on: https://www.laseraway.com/services/laser-tattoo-removal/ I

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ginsburg and staff. I highly recommend his services.read more

If you want a doctor that could care less about your wellbeing and will do anything to make a quick…read morebuck at the patients expense then Dr. Ginsburg is the doc for you! Every appointment I had was rushed and he did not bother to get to know me or my symptoms before scribbling on a prescription pad and scrambling out of the room. On several occasions he tried to bill me for treatments I had never received. When I actually did consent to an in-office treatment, it was for acne injections which he strongly recommended without disclosing the cost (turns out they were $60 each and not covered by insurance). I was then surprised with a $180 invoice on my next visit. Additionally, every topical prescription he wrote me was for the most expensive option available and only brands not covered by my insurance ($130+ for a lotion). Conveniently, his "med spa" is filled with the same ridiculously expensive lotions for a slightly lower price.. A great strategy to make patients think they're saving money with his "discount" when they could really be paying a fraction of the cost for the generic at CVS. My breaking point was his lack of clinical competence. He failed to preform blood work to monitor my triglyceride levels while giving me a medication thats known for its high risk of internal liver and kidney damage and therefore REQUIRES monthly testing by any physician that prescribe this particular drug. My new doctor is appalled by medical treatment I received from Dr. Ginsburg (or lack there of). That being said, I would NEVER recommend him and strongly advise anyone seeking a true medical professional to look elsewhere.
