Trina is a gifted therapist.
I have seen her several times. I am just now writing this review because a setting in Vagaro did not recognize my appointments. I mentioned the problem and Trina fixed it. Thanks again, Trina; people deserve to know about your gifts!
As I said at the top, Trina is a very gifted therapist. She is also well versed and/or trained in many modalities, including myofascial release (wow, so in tune, gentle, but profound (see definition below)), radiant heat, essential oils, cupping (after the cupping, warm moist towels to remove the oils!), reiki (I can feel the energy flowing through the blocked meridians and more), hot stone (placement artist, and wrapped as an aid to release knots), and Halotherapy (It opens and revives your lungs and skin).
While I said that Trina is well versed, I also said that Trina is gifted. She is gifted with sight for things that most of us only see faintly. She is gifted with hands that sense trigger points and what radiant temperature are needed (and then provide it). She is gifted with a relaxing sense of hope and grace.
I did not know Salty before a recent referral from someone that I trust. I have no connection with Salty beyond being an incredibly grateful client.
I include a couple of definitions because I recently learned the differences from my preconceptions:
Myofascial (my-o-FASH-e-ul) release is a manual therapy technique focusing on pain arising from myofascial tissues -- the tough membranes that wrap, connect, and support your muscles. Myofascial pain originates in "trigger points," which are related to stiff, anchored areas within the myofascial tissue.
Halotherapy, or salt therapy, involves breathing in air with tiny salt particles to improve your breathing. Halotherapy is considered an alternative treatment for lung problems such as asthma, bronchitis, and cough. Salty uses medically pure varieties of salt, and the therapy works. read more
