Contrary to my experience at the Seaside store a friendly person answered and found my parts in stock in 5 minutes. I drove over and picked them up. It has also been my experience that the service at Oreilys isn't professional. In California recently I store alone at the counter while 6 employees chopped it up together, smiling, laughing, and not working. I did see a little of that here but not too much. I was helped in about a minute or 2 by the 3rd person to see me. This works. Good job to the kids working there... they are all on the younger side. I appreciate the good service. Thank you.

They weren't ever able to call me so I always ended up calling them every 90 days to order supplies that were needed, and they just didn't seem that into customer care. won't name the company, but they have offices in Clackamas, Oregon after being down here for a year and continuing to experience the disastrous lack of customer service from the other company. I called my doctors office and said I need a new supplier this is getting ridiculous. I'm doing their job for them and making sure the orders are put in on time and what not so they said OK well if you want somebody local, how about trying North, Coast home care and I said sounds good they said yeah they're in Tillamook so they're only a little bit north of you so for over the last four years I have had over the top. Excellent customer service whether I called in to ask a question or I had to take the machine in for an adjustment on the programming, they call me every 90 days and I was contacted yesterday about ordering supplies and was told it would be at my door in about three days well it got here at noon today

So we called S&R as they have done 2 of our trucks and Richy is great. He is very detailed, he had called King and other places to verify and endure the build was complete and properly adjusted and then called my husband and got his feedback of what we wanted. Very good communication and great work and it didn't take long to complete. Absolutely love my new runner and build and am grateful we have found a local shop we trust and appreciate their work ethic and communication, value and quality.
