First off, we have to be clear about this place. It is wonderful for special family events or…read moregatherings. Something special with friends or visitors. As a casual date night type thing this place is a bit expensive. That being said, this place is great. It is fun, a wonderful 5 course dinner. The food was excellent. I hope the chef never loses her edge in the quality of food she is producing. The magic show was better than I thought it was going to be. The magician was very good and kept people engaged and entertained. We had fun.

The dining room is very pretty when decorated for Christmas. I did not feel like it was crowded at all and I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. No need to pay more for VIP. The food was very mid. We enjoyed the appetizer. But from there, most of us weren't too impressed. That being said the portions were generous. There was only one server to do everything for the entire room and he did a pretty good job keeping up. they do say that gratuity is included, but then ask for more money at the end. The magician John ACordo was quite funny. Part magic part comedy. He kept the show moving, and it was a very good length and he had us stumped. They often run specials. So watch for deals. a good event or a date night. No alcohol.

The shows are comedic and musical, with occasional moments of improvisation. So far, I've attended two of their performances: one was The Great Gatsby that was held in a parking lot. All the attendees circled their vehicles around a stage and watched from the Covid-safe spaces in their cars. I appreciated the creativity of the performers and producers of the show to be able to provide the entertainment while not being able to be " in person." The second show was last night and was at a restaurant. We were in a private room with every table filled. It was wonderful to see smiling faces that were not peaking out from behind masks. The show was entertaining-with tons of audience participation. If you don't want to be called out or interact with the performers, this might not be the scene for you. At the end of the murder mystery, the audience votes for who they think the murderer was-AND the appropriate punishment. I loved seeing the reactions of the cast members when they took their punishment-especially when one of them had to guzzle ketchup. It was hilarious! (I also felt a little bad for him, he looked like he was going to be sick.)
