This is a mixed sex secondary school and has an excellent OFSTED report in the number of pupils…read moreachieving A*-C grades. I highly recommend those that want to go to a secondary school to go to this one as the teachers are very inspirational and uplifting. There is also loads of fascinating trips you can go to, and reward schemes implemented for you to achieve your full potential. The dinner there is just awesome too, you will be spilt for choice! Everything will most likely be halal as the chool is like 98% of the lovely Muslim community.

There are two…read moreplaygrounds with plenty of space to play, a garden in one of the playgrounds which had steps leading up to it acting as seats. There was also a separate garden in the back which had a pond where we would catch tadpoles for assignments and measure the temperature and check wind direction! The dinners were not the best, but they were better than what I had to endure during secondary school! Most of the teachers were great with the odd exception. The school was split into 4 teams: lions, leopards, tigers and I can't remember the 4th! The team with the most points at the end of term used to get a prizemy team never seemed to win! When I attended, uniform was optional but I believe it is now compulsory for all pupils to wear the uniform. From outside the place seems to have changed little.
