DO NOT ORDER FROM HER. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. WASTE OF MONEY…read more We paid $250 for 2 dishes to be delivered at 12:40pm for an event that was ONLY 2 hours long. She delivered over an hour late, at 2pm when the event past half way over. She didn't even call to let me know she'd be late. I repeatedly called and she wouldn't answer. If she had communicated with me in advance that she had transportation issues, I would've happily picked up the food myself or at least ordered food elsewhere for my guests. I made a mistake in trusting her. I go out of my way to support small businesses, but even when restaurants make mistakes, they respond reasonably to try to make things right. But when I asked for at least a partial refund, her response was "the food is already made so I'm not giving a refund" We made 58 guests wait to eat because she SAID she was only 7 minutes away at 1:14pm, and she didn't show up until 1:55pm, which is 41 minutes....again the event was only 2 hours. We only ordered Mac n cheese and Philly Steak Egg Rolls which all of the guests said were extremely soggy and falling apart. However, customer service is MORE important than just your product. If your customer pays full price for goods and services and you can't deliver that, then that's not your customer's burden. If you allow your customers to get burned and get the short end of the stick after paying full price for an promised service, your business will never succeed. The way she goes about her business and her business transactions is completely unethical. (Photos of transaction attached for transparency).

Here is what I got: - Mini Turkey Hamburger Sliders & Fries: Good flavor & the burgers are actually pretty big! The fries were good & tasted great when I reheated in airfryer. - Salmon, fontant potatoes, & asparagus: Delicious & healthy. I really like that they have Sockeye available to choose too. - Greek Quinoa Salad w/Shrimp: Great salad & love the rectangles of feta, just good flavor all-around. It's hard for cos like this to pack salads with protein, as it does make some of the spinach (or lettuce) wilt a bit on the 1 side, but that's how all salads are that we buy anywhere. - Roasted Beet Salad: Delicious! Again it's hard when we buy pre-packaged salads that have any kind of nuts, as they may not be as crispy by the time we eat - this is the case for all salads tho. - Chocolate Cake: Wasn't my favorite & was pretty dry, so would rather try the bundt cake next time I order. I definitely recommend! I think the delivery is $10, which is worth it!

Catherine's Catering was wonderful for our family of four vacation! We were looking for a…read morecatering/meal prep option that would give us food for the start of our trip in Sandbridge to take the stress away from needing to shop right away. Many of the other places we found required a minimum of 10 people so they weren't feasible for us. We ordered from Catherine less than a week before our trip and she was super accommodating, delivered to us at arrival, and included easy to follow reheat instructions. As an extra perk, her portions were very generous so the food lasted far more of our trip than our originally anticipated 2 days of food. We ordered a charcuterie board for 2-3 grazings, two breakfast dishes, tacos for 6 (intended to be two meals for our family of two adults and two toddlers, but plenty for many more), and chicken and steak for 3. Highly recommend and we'll definitely call her for our next trip to the area!

I've been wanting to try this food truck for a while and finally got the chance when they set up at…read moremy local farmer's market. After scanning the menu, I was in between getting the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Moon Burger, both sounded good. I went ahead and got the Chicken sandwich which had fried chicken, burrata, hot honey, lettuce and pickles on a potato bun and came with fries. This sandwich was a beastly treat. Thick, juicy, flavorful and super satisfying. My only complaint would be how soggy the bottom bread gets and falls apart but that can hardly be helped with such a top-heavy combination. The fries were incredible and were reminiscent of McDonalds fries in the best way possible. The Moon sauce that came on the side was a pleasant accompaniment with a buttermilk ranch profile with a bit tangy flavor. I loved this meal so much I was looking forward to the next time I could try the burger which I did at an event at the MOCA. The moon burger came juicy and smashed with pepperjack, caramelized onions, lettuce, pickle and that moon sauce on a Martins potato bun. This was easily one of the BEST burgers I have had in a while it was hot, incredibly juicy, loaded with toppings and super satisfying. Inherently I am not a pickle person, but I loved the pickles on this because they were sweet and spicy and provided a good balance of flavor. Again, the bottom bun got soggy but that's expected at this point. I opted for the moon sauce on the side to dip my fries in which were nice and crispy. I will say BB's sandwich was burnt on one side so he couldn't enjoy his as much but mine was easily a 9/10. I recommend giving this truck a try for sure they have a knack for ingredients and quality overall.
