The first night our bed fell apart. The man came out and told us HOW to fix it. Four years later we called about the mattress sagging. The referred us to the mattress company who had us take pictures of the bed. In order to do so, my now 4 years retired husband had to disassemble the entire bed and take a picture of the frame. The response from the mattress company was, "It's not the mattress, it's the bass board that is missing. Once again Norther Mattress told us HOW to fix it. We just paid a man to help us fix it. Service is non existent in this company. In less than 2 years my swivel rocker fell apart. We called Northern Mattress and they said their was nothing they could do. We purchased another rocker at another company - a glider. Two years later, we found a screw on the floor that seemed to come from no where. We found a second and a third. My husband turned the chair upside down and could not find where the screws were falling from. When the fourth screw fell out, we went to the second furniture store located in Belgrade ME and ordered a matching recliner. I will say that the Futon we purchased is excellent, well used and still in beautiful condition. The love seats are difficult to get out of and seem to be needing new padding. After only four years?

I did not buy that first day, ( I had to ponder ) but came back later and bought the same mattress. After purchasing, having my new mattress delivered was easy, and also done on my time schedule. The company called to confirm the day before. The surprise came when the mattress was delivered. Two of the nicest deliverymen ( Tyler and Dan) performed this task in a professional and courteous manner. They unloaded, brought it in, we inspected it and all was good . The delivery was right after a snow storm and roads could not have been good. This was the best delivery experience i have ever had , in my 71 years. Yes I will buy there again.

They also had a clearance section for floor models, discontinued etc. They price match but I actually found them to be priced better than some of the box stores. I spoke with Darren who was very knowledgeable about all the different brands and warranties. I recommend checking them out if you are looking to redo your home, need a new sofa or your fridge stops working. They also offer delivery and picking up the old appliance for a fee.

If you see a deal that you really want....don't hesitate, buy it, because it WILL be gone within a week or so. This location is VERY easy to find. A repurposed Kmart building, I believe... It's right off the highway, in fact you can see it from the off ramp to the right. There is plenty of parking even when it's crowded. I have never been to this location around the holiday, but I have driven by, and it is always packed! This locally owned retail chain, sells overstock, liquidation and salvage items. We have seen things from Amazon as well. It's usually so random, although they have seasonally appropriate items as well. When we have the time and energy, we like going through the clearance aisles...yes, they have clearance aisles in a discount store. The clearance aisles are only organized by the percentage off and so it's chaotic. Bring patience and a sharp eye for deals. We have gotten electronic peripherals and accessories. We also bought some great yard deals. While we didn't buy them, they had Robotic Lawn mowers with batteries for sale. This store is quite large and have things like furniture, appliances....so much stuff. If you are a patient bargain hunter, that doesn't mind being around people, you may like this store.
