Understanding that sometimes it takes a few minutes to get a server, so we took the opportunity to hangout and look at the menu to decide what to get. After 20 minutes, I finally asked for a quick drink, just water, I was told that we needed to order and it'd be at least 20 more minutes. Half an hour later were told it'll be at least another. We ended up leaving, knowing the reason we received poor/no service it was because we're Americans. This is not as assumption, it was intentional because several others, who arrived after us, were served while we were ignored. This is the first experience I've had in Germany with this. I was shocked and very disappointed because I'd actually set my heart on their schnitzel which looked amazing. The other establishments I've visited in my week in Berlin have been as courteous as I've been. When I travel abroad I do my best to dispel the image of rude Americans. This really made me so sad. Do not waist your time if you're not a local.

If you happen to be hungry, the Bar, which is a bar only, cooperates with a restaurant across the street where you can order food from which then gets delivered to the bar. Always love to come here as it's one of my favourite bars in Berlin when it comes to every single aspect summed up together.
