Two large chicken cutlets, vodka sauce, mozzarella, and garlic spread on a seeded luscio roll. It was just ok, expecting more. Not much flavor from vodka sauce and had some tough chicken pieces. Hardly any garlic spread flavor. The fresh mozzarella was nice. In my opinion, this sandwich needed a more toasted or crispy roll. Next time I'm definitely doing their cheesesteak with cooper sharp and fried onions.

The take out only shop may have a very small footprint, but it offers a very large, freshly fried chicken sammy, in contradistinction to those contenders from all the other fast food franchises. These tasty guys are cut thin and nicely breaded; and cooked only when ordered, so nothing sits around losing their edge. Upon unwrapping, the roll cannot contain the dimensions of the filet, as it sticks out beyond the bun in all directions. Yet, the bread holds together well, and is a firm grip to the last bite, even with the cheese, bacon, mayo and other garnishment that come with it. We sampled the Spicy Chicken, Chicken Club, Garlic Chicken and Original; two as combos with fries and macaroni & cheese, and soda; and two straight up sandwiches. They were all fairly similar, so unless you object to certain finishes, you can't go wrong with any of them. On the other hand, there was no point to reaching up for the combos, as the fries were limp and unimpressive, and the mac/cheese, strictly from an industrial mix and forgettable. The individual sandwich was $7.49 and the combo $11.99. There was no rationality to the $4.50 bump up, and in fact it approached rip off territory. Maybe, $2.50 could be justified, but they need to reconsider their value proposition. So, really liked the place, enjoyed the chicken and sandwich, but question the need for the exorbitant inferior combos. 3.5 STARS

The men running the place, and cooking the food are very nice! It is always refreshing to go into an establishment and get treated well. The food was cooked fresh to order and since the sink is close to the ordering window, we got to witness how well they cleaned the fish. The place is small but feels very comfortable, especially with all of their personal photos attached to the window. I got the fried whiting fish dinner with sides of sweet potato/yams and collard greens and my husband got the whiting sandwich with french fries. The food reminded me of my childhood! It was cooked to perfection and beyond delicious! I wish I would've taken a picture, but there will definitely be a next time!

I love Korean fusion, so I was pretty excited to see this food truck at an event in Princeton. The…read moremenu is pretty standard - tacos, rice bowls, and kimchi fries, as well as dumplings and other types of fries. This might just be personal preference, but I was relieved that most of the dishes weren't overloaded with cheese as Korean fusion so often is. Portions are fairly small for the price but pretty standard for a food truck, and the entrees come with your choice of ribeye, chicken, pork, or tofu (no price difference). This truck is definitely worth a try, though I don't think I'd get it twice. I got a rice bowl with pork ($12), which was white rice, roasted kimchi, pork, and shredded cabbage/carrots. I didn't love the pork but didn't dislike it either - it was pretty soft and very fatty, and I had to throw out a lot of the fattier bits. The marinade taste also wasn't very strong; the dish mainly tasted like kimchi and yum yum sauce (spicy mayo aioli that wasn't very spicy). Visually I think the dish was too monochromatic and would benefit from a greater variety of colors. The kimchi was warm and soft, mostly sour but not very spicy, and it seemed very cooked - I guess this is what roasted kimchi means? They gave me extra kimchi when I asked if the dish could be made more spicy, which was really nice as the kimchi was my favorite part! Tasty but mainly I didn't love the pork. My friend got tacos with chicken ($9), which he liked - he said the chicken was very tender, though he would have liked more red cabbage. It was pretty oily, and after eating the fillings there was a puddle of grease on the tortilla. He did complain that his $2 bottle of water was mostly ice though. The people in the truck were friendly but mildly frazzled. It seemed like something wasn't going efficiently - there were long periods when they weren't taking orders, but when I was finally able to order my food was ready in under a minute.

So I read the address that was on Instagram to confirm, and he said that's it. I decided to support another business, but my friend convinced me to try this spot because the food is good. I wasn't sure if it was a food truck or a brick-and-mortar. As I pulled up I saw it was a gas station. Once I entered, I explained the bad customer service I received over the phone. After going back and forth with the owner about how rude the telephone conversation was. Remember, I asked what is the address. I never asked for directions. I decided at that moment after a 30-minute drive to not order anything for myself. My sister ordered naked wings with fries. The order was $13. I tried the wings, and they were fried without seasoning. The garlic sauce was watery...it wasn't thick. The fries weren't crispy. The entire experience made me sick to my stomach. So many officers recommend this place. Save your money & your gas. The customer service is trash. Waste of time!!! I ended up at a different restaurant where I spent $50, and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. Bad customer service ruins businesses! What I got instead was an existential paradox that came in a compostable box. The Chopped Cheese Loaded Waffle Bowl was a triumph of entropy. Ground beef, waffle fries, lettuce, pickles, and some house-made sauce that probably had no right being that good. It was sloppy. It was a mess. It looked like what happens when a cook gives up on the idea of neatness and embraces chaos as a culinary principle. It was also delicious. I ate it with the same mixture of shame and pleasure that one feels watching late-night television while knowing there are better things to do. Then there were the wings. I had ordered five of them, boneless, with Mango Habanero sauce. The wings were not terrible, but the house should not be named after them. The chicken tasted like something that had forgotten its own purpose. The sauce, advertised as a union of spice and sweetness, was neither. It sat there on the wings like a politician's promise, shiny but insubstantial. My wife ordered a build-your-own chicken sandwich and cheese fries. She said both were fine, in the same tone people use to describe the weather or a dental cleaning. Fine is not bad, but fine is not what one hopes for when dinner arrives in a paper bag smelling like grease and glory. Still, the Loaded Waffle Bowl was enough to earn a return trip. I would go back for it the way a moth goes back to a porch light, knowing full well it might burn me. Next time, I'll try the bone-in wings. I'll give one of their nineteen sauces another chance to find meaning in the void. Four stars. Because life is messy, the bowl was good, and hope dies harder than it should.

I wanted to avoid some of the usual suspects, and came across Prince and it's high reviews. So I decided to give it a shot. The place doesn't look like much from the outside - your typical chicken take out joint. There's barely any seating inside but it's not the type of place where you hang out from what I can tell. It's pretty basic inside with a chest of drinks and a simple counter. The menu is mostly focused on chicken and with good reason - they make it really, really well. We took our orders back to work with us and after opening the bags, others in the office were immediately intrigued by what we had brought back. I'm not sure what they season it with, or what they fry it in, but the fried chicken was absolutely delicious. Very juicy with a thin but perfectly crisp crust and a great flavor. The only downside is that the sides were meh. The mashed potatoes were the same as you'd get at any chicken place (KFC, Popeyes) and the biscuit was dry and uninspiring. But man was that chicken fantastic. So, pick up a chicken meal or just get some chicken and make your own sides - this place is a diamond in the rough.
