Frustrating experience here. Wouldn't recommend. The dieticians aren't flexible or open to feedback or new information.

My husband found Ginger for me when I was suffering from medical issues that had been causing me stress, confusion about what exactly to eat to heal and rapid weight loss. I'm soo glad he did because Ginger was able to figure out what I needed to do to get my digestive system back on track, gave me lots of helpful information and ideas on different food choices that I was actually excited to try and will continue to follow even after my medical issues are taken care of. Ginger is awesome in setting the facts about the proper meal planning etiquette. After four weeks I was able to lose 4lbs with her guidance. Ginger genuinely cares about her patients well-being and wants nothing but the bestie them.
