Hi.just to share my experience.in 2 months twice i visited Mikail salon in Alanya.I came second…read moretime as i was very satisfied first time.Second time?disaster.From some kid around 18 years coloring my roots,which color was adviced by hairstylist.hands of kid were shaking.after i go out on sun light that was so not what i usual place as color root.that is not the worst thing.i was contacting on insta with as i get one of the brothers,owners and he told me one prices,after his brother charged me more minimum 100 tl.i asked why person who was telling me prices first,and he tried to find some shortcutts.i told him ,you lost a customer.another thing total failure 2 years i am placing lash extentions ,and now i was there also for refill.4 days afte 25% lashes down.low low low quality and service this second and last time..the other brother who charged me,first asks from where you come from and under that base forming price.so my money does not grow first on tree,and this last time you provided me with practic highscholl service with low quality for more money that you said firstly.i do not recomend since they dont have any constance of service and quality.there are so many saloons in Alanya,so skip this one.

The next day I come and i sit in the chair and wait 15 minutes for the person who is going to do my hair. A man comes who can't speak english. I show him the picture and he says no problem and we also agree on cutting 5-10 cm of my hair. The boss told me my hair would be a LITTLE dry after but i Said its no problem as long as my curly hair is left and he told me that nothing will Have any effect on that and it will be normal. Well, a visit that they told me would take 3-4 hours took 8 hours. With no food for 14 hours and no information of What is happening to my hair I was sitting in that chair with an aggressive hair dresser who i will insert i picture of. He pulled my hair to the point Where i couldnt stop myself from crying and I am not sensitive when it comes to my hair. And when he was about to take the plastic rock of me while washing my hair he pulled it so aggressive so he ruined my necklace into two pieces wich i got from my boyfriend 2 years ago. I was so scared and started to cry and just wanted to leave. I asked the boss What they are doing now to my hair cause I didn't get any information of What they are putting in my hair and he told me: "Do you want to do you hair or learn my job?" And I can Tell you that they DO NOT know their job. Halfway of doing my hair hair, after 4-5 hours he tells me he can't do my hair as the picture and shows me something not even close to What i wanted and that pissed me off cause they told me the same day and the day after they can do like the picture. Maybe they can on some people but you hair will be forever destroyed. And it didn't even turn out like the other picture he showed me. It ended with me looking like a chicken. They had bleached on my hair for 2-3 hours. He burned my hair off, 5-10 cm turned into 20 cm. More than of my hair is gone. My curls are gone. And i lose hair everytime i shower or brush my hair. And after the visit my hair hurt for 3-4 days because their hair colour gave me a allergic reaction and the bleach was on too long. I also told them it feels like my hair is on fire but they Said to me its normal because of the chemicals and "Have u never coloured your hair before?" And let me Tell you I Have coloured my hair before, i went from black virgin hair to blonde in 2 sessions and she did not destroy my curls or my lenght. But the hair dresser on this salon just took a shaving machine out of nowhere and cut my hair 10 cm and let me Tell you my hair was not straight and after when he wanted to fix it it was not straight. I told them I will not pay, i will only pay 35€ (200 lira) of the 120€ (600 lira) I was supposed to pay them cause i was not happy with my hair. It turned out yellow and not at all like how I wanted and the picture I showed. The man (boss) called Mikail started yelling at me and telling me that this is his salon and he has customers everywhere and i can't do anything to change that and that this is his city and i can't do anything to him. He also called me cheap and alot of other name in turkish. They talked badly about me for 8 hours and didn't know that i understand a little bit turkish cause my mom is half turkish. When i told him this he got quiet. It ended with me in tears and 3-4 guys yelling at me and they did not want to give any compesation for how they treated me, how they destroyed my hair and how he broke my necklace. I payed a total of 75€ (450 lira) just because i wanted to leave. And to get a reciet of my paying they made me agree on them Making a picture of the hair im not happy with. This is not right cause usually when you get treated badly or when they fuck up your hair you don't Have to pay. But i heard "Who do you think you are coming to my country and my salon thinking you will not pay? I decide how much you pay, do you understand? You can't do anything cause this is my city." This ended with me going back to Sweden and having to cut my hair more, to my shoulders and also adding red hair colour because of the lost of pigments. My hair dresser started to laugh and asked me "What the Fuck Have they Done to your hair? It's fried." It was One of the worst things she as a hair dresser has seen. I will now insert pictures of my hair before, during, after the visit and after I showered. DO NOT GO TO MIKAIL HAIR SALON IN ALANYA Please forward this message to everyone going to Alanya or living there so they do not destroy their hair like I did.

She went to this dreadful salon to get hair extensions and a color treatment, and here are some of the negative experiences she encountered: 1. Unprofessional and Rude Owner: The owner, Mikail, was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. He seemed to care only about making money and showed little interest in providing a satisfactory experience for the customer. 2. Ignored Specific Requests: Despite repeatedly emphasizing that she did NOT want her natural hair cut, they went ahead and cut it anyway, completely disregarding her wishes. 3. PAINFUL Application Process: The staff was extremely rough while applying the hair extensions. Throughout the entire process, my girlfriend was in pain and repeatedly asked them to be more gentle, but they ignored her pleas. She has been getting extensions for 10 years and has never experienced such discomfort before. The pain was so intense that she couldn't rest her head on a pillow that night. Shockingly, other customers in the salon were also screaming in pain during their treatments. 3. Multiple Failed Coloring Attempts: She clearly showed them photos of the hair color she wanted, yet they got it wrong three times. Each time, they tried to convince her that the color matched the photo, which it clearly didn't. Only after persistent insistence did they agree to a fourth attempt, which finally matched her desired color. This whole ordeal caused her to spend a staggering 8 hours in the salon. 4) VERY Poor Quality Hair Extensions: The quality of the extensions was extremely poor. As soon as she got home, the hair was tangled and messy. Attempts to fix it with hair masks and oils were unsuccessful. The extensions were excessively frizzy, similar to straw, and shed profusely--running fingers through it would result in clumps of hair coming out. In summary, stay away from this salon. It was the worst experience imaginable, and if you care about your hair, do NOT go there.

I asked if they could do vivid color and they assured me they could but what I got was clown hair. the eyelashes fell off within a week and I had to have the microblading redone one month later. want bad service? want to piss your money down the toilet? go here. oh and for no extra money, one of their stylists will come on to you like fire only to keep you from complaining. what a trashy outlet this place is...
